  1. I think this match will define whether we top the group or finish second. I really don't think Juve will make it to the knock-outs unfortunately. Fatigue is an issue atm, but I trust the players will have the motivation to get past that. If Mata is fit, he will no doubt provide a huge boost for us.
  2. I have had my books open and next to me since Friday but haven't picked any of them up. I've been completely wasting my time instead.
  3. It's just one win, Inter scum. Don't get too happy, soon you will be back to being mid-table like you have always been.
  4. ^^ That is some volley. Is that Lukaku next to him?
  5. ^^ I actually agree for yesterday's match Oriol should have stayed. His one touch passing, although risky, could have speeded our midfield up. Our team looked completely off the pace.
  6. Touchy! He was obviously joking....I hope!
  7. Their place has always been on the top of the table, and they were there before the match and still are after it.
  8. That's a bit unfair to him. Why is he taking all the blame. None of his 'mistakes' against utd were his fault, imo.
  9. Pirlo NEEDS two central midfielders around him to perform his best. He is a genius, but one that rarely defends. On a separate note, when did you become Scottish? I could have sworn you were English the other day..
  10. A deserved win for Inter. Juve were completely absent in the second half. Marchisio's two sitters in the first half cost his team a lot.
  11. Great goal. Good strength and a composed finish.
  12. The thing is, I actually thought he was very good in the first half. Won many first headers, linked up well with the three behind him and managed to create space for Moses to exploit on several occasions. But in the second half, it was as if he was not there.
  13. They got their luck early on when Nolan's goal was wrongly ruled off for offside and Ben Ayoun hit the cross bar. Should've lost this one, really.
  14. Good instinctive finish for his goal and his defending was extremely admirable. You can see his influence by how our right side changed after he was subbed off. MOTM for me.
  15. What wrong did he do exactly? He was taken off for tactical reasons, not because his performance was bad.
  16. If shitty get yet another stoppage time winner I will break something. I don't want us to go third
  17. Let's be fair a little. Cole had a bad game yes, but let's not forget that he is left most of the time to mark 2 players because Hazard very rarely tracks back especially on counters. And tbh, I think all of our defense is sorely missing JT to organize every thing.
  18. Great to hear, especially that he was at fault for Charlton's goal (or that's what I heard). So I guess he managed to redeem himself.
  19. Watch here: http://www.dailymotion.com/video/xutdm6_c1-1s-www-fasthighlights-com_sport#from=embediframe At 1:02, some terrible defending by both Sturridge and Hazard that lets the Swansea player cut inside and find a player in the box. And as I said, Sturridge is not to blame, because his place is not on the wing. Anyway, that's not why the sub was wrong. Robbie took off the players that press high, so he was inviting pressure. If you're going to do so, then put on wingers who can defend or your fullbacks will practically be 2-on-1 like he did with Bertrand on the left.
  20. Moses was showing no signs of fatigue, he gave much more in the second half than Torres. Even if he wanted to take Moses off, Sturridge should never be the replacement. Could have brought on Marin, or Bertrand and moved Hazard to the right. The goal we conceded was a direct error from having Sturridge on the wing. His poor defending let the Swansea player in and created the chance.
  21. Robbie has to take the blame for this one, imo. Terrible decision to take Moses off who kept that left side quite for the whole time he was on the pitch. And it was from Danny's defensive error that the goal came, not that I blame Danny because he simply doesn't have the ability to defend well. RDM should have taken Torres off who did absolutely nothing in the second half. Taking Oscar off was inviting pressure too.
  22. Wilshere off. Could see this ending 3 or 4.
  23. A couple of surprises, but when Piazon and Ferreira are on the bench, you know our squad is too thin.
  24. As I said on the previous page, utd have a different set of rules. Completely beyond me how they still have 11 players on the pitch.
