That's true. I was talking in a general sense as in he isn't ready yet to be a starter for a club like Chelsea. But is definitely better than Essien.
-
He's been generally good today but has made some mistakes that I think are mainly due inexperience. He picked up a "free" yellow card in the first half and was at fault for the second goal. I'd love to see Oriol here next season, but I don't think he's ready yet to be a starter for us.

The issue is though, that both those loans were wrong for Josh while Kevin's loan was perfect. That's not to deny that Kevin is of course a hundred times more ready to join the first team than Josh is, but I was so excited when he was linked with Soceidad. I felt that was a chance for him to do what Kevin did in the Bundes Liga and what Piazon is now doing at VItesse. He was never going to excel in a physical league like the championship. In fact, he always does much better at a higher level for us.

The question is, though, what does Draxler offer us that Hazard, Willian, Schurrle, Oscar and Mata can't so we would spend "tens of millions" on him?
-
Definitely one of our most promising prospects along with Boga and RLC. He just needs another good loan like this one next season if we don't want to give him a chance here.
-
No idea how he played, I only saw the match events. Forest fans have not been at all impressed with him, though. They feel he was just a "brand advertisement" signing.

Was back on the bench yesterday after missing a couple of weeks due to sickness. Very unfortunate as he had just won a place in the starting XI and started a few games on the trot. But the situation at Watford is far from ideal atm. I don't think Zola is going to last there much longer.
-
Was back in the side yesterday and played 89 minutes in a 0-0 draw.
-
I'm still convinced that his future is as a striker or a supporting striker.
-
Is this guy even still alive? He's been injured for over two months and no one has said anything about what the injury is. One of those mystery injuries that he had last season. I don't think even he thinks he can still be a Chelsea player in the future.

Real challenge against Athletico. Will have his hands full.
-
Regarding what was being discussed about where he has been playing for Inter. If you're watching him now play against Napoli. you'll clearly see that he is the most advanced in a 3 man midfield, playing behind Alvarez and Palacio in Inter's 3-5-2.

A lighter look on Chelsea vs Crystal Palace

Great work, mate. I didn't actually read it, but I'm sure that you did a great work -
Agree. So has Capoue.
-
Problem is, there aren't many Pochetino's sitting around. Plus, Steve is no Nigel Adkins. He's worked in some of the biggest clubs in the country. He practically managed us during Grant's reign.
-
It's official. WBA board of directors are idiots! If anyone could keep them it would have been Steve. Shocking decision.
-
Regardless of his limitations as a player, I think Ryan has put in the two best performances by a LB for us this season. I know that's not saying much as Cole's shadow and a RB don't really set the bar too high, but it should merit more game time for him.
-
Had to miss the game but delighted with the 3 points regardless of the performance.
-
City don't need a moral boost, they need Pelligrini to figure out his tactics away from home. Their issues are not about moral. They put 6 past Spurs and 7 past Norwich and still dropped points the following away games.
-
So many vacant seats at the "emptyhad" But an Arsenal defeat will be moral boost for us NOW, especially before facing Arsenal next week. I think that's more important.
-
According to Andy Gray, if Arsenal win today they'll win the title and if they lose it's between us and City
