Doesn't matter how, they won it. They've won the league and two cups in the past two seasons. Liverpool have only won one cup since 2006. I think it's clear who has a better winning mentality. Regardless, City have played like Champions this season in the EPL and have already showed that they have what it takes to win the title and frankly they have deserved it the most.
