The way I see it, it's pretty simple. There is absolutely no way that we would sell Oscar because he is crucial to Jose's pressing and ball recovery system which Jose holds as the most vital part of the system and philosophy he is trying to enlist here.

His aggressiveness is still for me an issue. His pressing can be very good at times, but he always seems to make at least one or two mistakes each game which is a lot. For example, the mistake he did early in the game against Arsenal that led to that brilliant Cech save. He lost his concentration and got his positioning completely wrong and left the back four stranded with 5 Arsenal players running at them. He did a similar mistake later on in the first half and had to take down Rosicky from behind and if the game wasn't already finished he would have been booked for it. The only game in midfield he's gone without making a serious mistake was against City. But then again, he was playing against a midfield duo of a CB and a nonchalant Toure.

I dunno. He always says that he's very happy to stay and help the team until the club tells him he is no longer wanted. I'd be happy to have him as a squad player next season, and I'll be happy to see him move to the Serie A as well.

Lots of pace and dribbling ability, but he's not world class. He's not up to the level of players like Hazard, Reus, Robben, Ribery..etc let alone Messi and Ronaldo.

As a matter of fact, they are Puyol aside, I wouldn't want any of their defenders at Chelsea. Pique, Barca's best defender, failed miserably in the EPL. But let's not drift off topic here.
