  1. Drogba tagged him in another pic using this account name. Though he could be mistaken.
  2. He doesn't sound "happy" at all! For the record, I don't like players pulling off things like this at all. Respect for opponents is part of being a professional. Plus, he should really be worrying more about his mistake that led to the equalizer than about who united will be playing. PS: Could be a fake account though Didier tagged him in a picture on his account using this account name.
  3. I think had Mikel not come on and we went on to draw/lose people would be all over Jose for closing the game down. Managers just don't win with fans because everyone is just so sure that the hypothetical outcomes of his/her conclusions are facts.
  4. Even more, had he not brought Mikel one and we went on to draw/lose the match a lot of people would be calling for his head for not closing the game down. Although, personally, I think Cesc (who was also on a yellow) could have come off instead of Oscar who is obviously much better at chasing down players and pressing.
  5. On Cesc. I think he should have been the one to come off and not Oscar who can actually chase down and press people. Overall he had a below average match even if he did end up getting yet another assist. 63% passing accuracy in the first half is just unacceptable for someone in his position.
  6. That is completely uncalled for. You're really testing our patience here. This is the very last time you'll get away with any racial/race-related comments. If the petty fighting on here and the of those fights into other threads won't stop you'll be forcing our hands into dramatic measures to restore order here. This cannot and will not long last much longer one or the other. I hope I have the staff's position on all this very clear.
  7. Manchester United had ONE half-chance in the second half with the RVP shot from a very tight angle (was that even offside?). I'm sorry, but in my book, you can't blame the manager in such cases. People on here sometimes make a lot of conclusions based on nothing more than assumptions. People talk as if it is a given that we would have scored a second goal had Oscar not come off. What makes you think that and not that United would have score two had Oscar not come off? The massive spaces in the united defense were there from the beginning of the match and we could only score from a corner because of our bad decision making in the final third and slow transition.
  8. Cundy on Twitter and I completely agree: "It says a lot when you return from both Manchester clubs with a draw but feel like we lost & they feel like they won! Still top & unbeaten!" Only thing I would fault Jose for today.
  9. Yes, but Zouma played RB in preseason and Christensen can play there as well. I'm sure we can afford to play either there against Shrewsburry.
  10. I'd rather we give him a rest against Shrewsburry and have Zouma/Christensen on the right. He hasn't really played much this season so having him play 5 matches in 14 days would be just begging for muscular injuries. Of course Jose and the medical team know best.
  11. Terrific 90 minutes from him today. Very hard to to see now, in retrospective, what some people were worried about. He's a very classy LB.
  12. Jose: "Now we have less room for our mistakes...and the referees'!"
  13. No, because Wayne is more pink than white
  14. Haha! That's actually pretty accurate...and a little racist!
  15. [scouse accent] u wot m8? scored a hat-trick in five seconds, he did! [/scouse accent]
  16. Probably nothing then. With Schurrle and Rami back I really doubt he's have a place on the bench unless there is some new injury that we don't know about.
  17. Reading some Twitter rumors that Izzy Brown might have traveled with the squad today. Not sure how true that is.
  18. Apparently Jose's sent Big Sam a "Thank You" text: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/west-ham-win-over-man-4508164
  19. True, but he can learn to not let it limit him. John Terry was almost always the slowest player in the squad, for example; never stopped him from being the best CB in the world at a point in his career.
