I think us buying Lukaku for 100M made us subconsciously see what a 100M player looks like, thus lowering our expectations, but we often forget that 100M is a LOT of money. I dont know if I come across clearly.. I mean, its like us seeing Lukaku play like he does for 100M and seeing Rice shine makes us think that yes, Rice plays better than Lukaku so 100M is justified.. but Lukaku at 100M was overpriced and we were stupid enough to do the deal.

Hopefully Boehly makes a smart statement signing and not like 100M for Rice.. Rice is good but not 100M good.
