Ake was their CB4, I dont think the players mentioned above would want that role at City. Laporte and Stones would also not be happy with being CB4.

I think the price tag is what put most people off with Ake. £45M is just too much. I even think £40M is pushing it.

Regarding Broja and Colwill, I am sure they will get more than a handful of games if they stay. Looking as our only striker is Kai and looking at the amount of games we had to endure with Sarr, you would think their game time is safe.

Honestly if Raphinha is so desperate for Barca, then we need to move on. We shouldnt be pining over a player when we are not first choice by a long shot (ie stalling and waiting for Barca to bid) and Raphinha should also not pine over a club that he is not first choice.
