As a #10 seriously? He isn't agile and he isn't quick enough to move through the opposition defence and deep midfield. He would get pressed into oblivion. Playing him as a #10 is like Xavi or Pirlo as a #10. They need the room of being deep within their own half to operate. He isn't going to get the luxury of players like Vidal and Marchisio making up for his lack of athleticism here, either. Maybe against a deep defensive line it would work but a high pressing team would wreck Cesc as a #10.
