What has Emanalo done wrong? What have Sammer and Caminero done right in comparison? How can we know the relationship dynamic between the manager, the head scout and boards or each respective club? How much influence is delegated to the manager's opinion? How much to the scouts? How much to the board? The only thing I know for sure about Emanalo is that he over sees the contract signings.

Was Arnesen even at the club when Robben was singed? Unless my dates are mixes up Robben arrived in 04 and Arsnesen in 05?
