I think Bayern would actually be. Look at that last game against RM and the tie against United. RM could've scored 3 or 4 on the break when Bayern were completely exposed since they have so many men committed forward. Even Welbeck had plenty of opportunities with balls hoofed over the top.Bayern struggle to change their play style just like Barca do as well as Arsenal and Liverpool. They can really only play one way. I'd be terrified of CR7 and Bale. Ribery and Robben ain't shabby either, but Bayern haven't looked like the unstoppable side that they looked last year.

So if we do advance who do we all want in the final? Bayern for me every time. Think our personnel and style match up better against them.

I can see José going Schürrle/Oscar/Willian to start with Hazard coming on in the second half.

We may not have won all of those but surely you can't deny that he would've made a difference.He's going to be back to his best next season I feel when he actually has top class players around him instead of Cleverly and the like.

West Ham, West Brom, Palace, Sunderland, Villa.All matches in which we failed miserably to create chances and break down parked buses. All matches that called for a player to play the killer ball. All games in which we settled for nearly impossible shot from outside of the box time and time again because we had no clue what to do in the final third. Mata could've been instrumental in those matches. He's a tempo setter, he's a brilliant passer, and is godlike at set pieces. All things we struggle with now.

We'd be champions with him as our #10 right now. The tracking back and pressing wouldn't be a concern with Matic behind him. We'll regret selling him as early as next season with all of the additions United will make and since they aren't in Europe.
