  1. Would be sick to sign both Fabregas and Costa before the World Cup so they can build an even closer relationship with Azpi and Torres and discuss what it's like playing for Chelsea and under José. Koké too if not Cesc.
  2. Would be awfully depressing and a huge anticlimax if after being linked with all of these world class midfielders we end up signing Tiago on a free. Replacing one old player with one just about as old.
  3. Compliment.Your posts are always gigantic blocks that are basically blog posts.
  4. When's the "Football According to Barbara" book coming out?
  5. Wouldn't mind that at all. In fact, I'd prefer it to be honest.Midfield 3 of Matic/Cesc/Ramires looks extremely strong. Rotate Oscar and Ramires depending on the opposition. You won't burn Oscar out like last season and will have him fresh over a long year. Think flooding the midfield with numbers will completely overwhelm most sides. Have Fabregas or whoever we buy as the most advanced CM.
  6. Oh, I know you are. I believe you.
  7. Trying to keep my excitement in check as much as possible. All I know is that the first thing I'll be doing if we sign him is following Piers Morgan and paying a visit to Arsenal Mania. The meltdowns will be historic.
  8. Right there with City or maybe even better as far as first XI.And we'd still have Lukaku, Ramires, Schürrle etc on the bench!
  9. This could potentially be the best, most exciting transfer window we've ever had. Top class striker, top class midfielder, top class LB, and one of the worlds best keepers all in one summer.
  10. About twice as much as he's actually worth.Imagine if Fabregas really does go for 30m and Lallana does too. Ridiculous.
  11. Thanks for the memories, Frank. Buying our new away shirt with Lampard 8 in his honor.
  12. Would be a massive signing to make before the World Cup and a huge statement of intent.
  13. Mirror "ECLUSIVE!" claiming United are the favorites. As usual, no one likely has the slightest clue.
  14. Yeah, my bad. I'm on an iPad so everything like linking, posting images and stuff takes a bit longer than it does on a PC. I'm lazy as hell.
  15. James Ducker of The Times: #MCFC adamant they're not after Fabregas. With #MUFC not in for him either, he won't be pitching up in Mcr bar a dramatic turn of eventsMatt Law of The Telegraph: Cesc Fabregas will not return to Arsenal as Arsene Wenger rules out move. @Matt_Law_DT reports Ian Ladyman of the Daily Mail: #mcfc aren't in the bidding for fabregas
  16. Some pretty reliable and well informed journalists are saying that City, United, and even Arse aren't after him. Hmmm.... Still think Arsenal are the favorites but it seems like we may have a genuine shot at him if we're interested.
  17. Touchline ban for José as well for improper conduct.
  18. Imagine the dual meltdown if we signed Fabregas and then steal Shaw from under United's noses.Oh god. I'd pay to to that.
  19. I think he said just after he left for Barca that he still had a home in London or at least regularly visited. If he's in London for any other reason than he's definitely going back to Arse.
  20. Arsenal have the ability to buy him back at a certain price but he himself has to agree to go there. If another club (us? United?) offer him more and he agrees to go there then I don think there's anything Arsenal can do other than match or exceed the other offers. I think that's how it works anyways. Would love the signing. I'd rather have Pogba but Cesc is a world class player when utilized correctly.
  21. HOLY SHIT! Thanks for everything, SUPER FRANK! New midfielder!
  22. Replacing mediocre players with very good ones will usually see an improvement. Completely different to Real Madrid who just bought the biggest superstar names regardless of necessity. These players would be direct upgrades in positions of need.
