Santa Barbara, huh? Extremely nice area!

He has the ability to be unplayable just like the three you named and has proven it at times with us. Wish José would just hammer it in his head to try to play similar to Robben. Constantly run at your marker and keep him on edge. Play at a high tempo more consistently and take the game to the opponent rather than waiting for something got open up.
-
It's like he doesn't know or understand how good he is. He doesn't have that killer instinct sort of mentality a lot of the time. He's been so timid and passive this tournament. Maybe he's extremely exhausted? Who knows. Shows his unbelievable skill in flashes but then has games like this where he doesn't use his pace and burst and instead plays at walking pace.

He's not even better than Sagna who he'd be replacing. Good player but not an elite player. That being said, if Arse manage to get Debuchy, Sanchez, a striker, and a decent DM then they should be right up there challenging for the title. At least until their annual injury epidemic or collapse. ----------Giroud---------- Alexis----Özil----Walcott ---Ramsey---New DM--- Gibbs-Kosielny-Mert-Debuchy -----------Szszsz------------ That's a pretty nice XI. Still fancy ourselves and City over that, though. Looks like a normal Arse side that'll be bullied by more athletic and physical sides. A side much like last seasons where they'll steam roll the small teams and lose most of the big matches. Alexis would be a genuinely excellent signing.

Average player.They could've done better.
-
Kind of wish he wouldn't go to those cunts at RM. But we all know how it works. Barca make a superstar signing and RM will match it. Suarez to Barca, James to RM. They'll pay whatever silly money it takes to 1-up their rival.
-
Have to say that he's been a massive disappointment in this tournament. He was playing much deeper today and was pretty much invisible. Can't recall him getting involved in the attack more than one or two times. It was pretty obvious that it was a tactical instruction from Scolari but even when he was more advanced in the prior matches he hasn't done much. He needs a long, long rest after the WC. Mata was rested for a long while at the start of the season in his second year with us, wasn't he? That's what Oscar needs. Use Cesc as the #10 and sit Oscar for a couple of weeks.
-
Has haranr been taking negative attitude lessons from Gilvorak? Fuck sake.
-
Quietly running the show for Germany as per usual. Excellent at free kicks, excellent at corners, tremendous passing range. Absolute STEAL for whoever buys him for the prices talked about.
-
Fuck me, Januzaj has a gigantic head. Extremely punchable face too. Diego Costa looks like a 45 year old Oscar to me.
-
It was so obvious just reading his quotes from yesterday that he knew he was going to Madrid. The day after his World Cup is over Madrid will probably announce it.
-
I actually think one of them can indeed be had, but only one this summer. If one goes the other stays. Would've laughed at Vidal being linked with United a couple of weeks ago but now that they've shown that they're willing to spend silly money on players I'm not sure it's far fetched. I could see him being their marquee, huge statement of intent buy for like £45m or something. I think if we put forth a very nice offer and José somehow has a conversation with Pogba it's certainly doable. Think he'd love to move here.
-
Is it? I'd rather him have a Premier League loan to get used to the competition than go back to the nothing league he was in.
-
Seems strange that Sakho (who looked pretty shit at Liverpool) starts over him for France. Won't say he's overrated. I think he's got the talent and ability to be a beast of a defender. Think he and Kompany will form a great partnership once he settles in there. Doubt we're even considering him at this point. Just lazy journalism at work here.
-
Could be a disaster if he's loaned out without us getting a suitable Costa backup. What if he gets injured in preseason or within a couple of PL matches? Then we're back to having useless players up top. Agree completely with MrExcalibur that Eminike isn't Chelsea quality even as a backup. If Lukaku goes than a Mandzukic level striker needs to be brought in.
-
Yeah, that's where I'm assuming Kroos is going to play which is why I don't really understand the move.
-
I figured Kroos was a direct Khedira replacement, not Di Maria.
-
Still don't get how he fits in there. If they play with a midfield 2, a Kroos & Modric pivot looks too lightweight to me. A midfield 3 of Alonso/Kroos/Modric would be awesome going forward but I don't know about defensively.
-
Through-balls. Exactly what a certain Diego Costa thrives on.This should be a fun season.
-
Seems like Arsenal are going to sign Sanchez. Should be a great player for them.
-
At least Khedira can make simple passes and isn't a red card risk every fucking match like Ramires is. A three in midfield of Matic, Cesc, and Khedira doesn't look bad to me.
-
Khedira is a much better footballer than Ramires. When he's fully fit he's still a very good player. He was shit in the CL final having not played prior in a long time but now that he's starting to regain fitness he's been looking better and totally changed the game for Germany when he came on against Algeria the other day. I'd say that I wouldn't mind us buying him but since it looks nailed on that Tiago is returning I see no way we'd buy him too. Can see him going to Arse or Liverpool and improving either of them. Arse especially.
-
Only hope is for one of those ultra rich Russian clubs like Anzhi Munchoncocka to come in and offer him a deal way too good to turn down Eto'o style.
-
So if he doesn't score 4 against Wycombe will there be mass outrage?
-
Looks like it.I know that brown wall.
