  1. Also said Sterling is "going nowhere" just like he did with Suarez.Unless they just run his contract down and let him leave on a free (which would be idiotic) then I can't see how they keep him. Looks clear he wants out.
  2. I think ourselves and City are the only realistic destinations for him. Arsenal are already struggling to find a place for their AM's and there's no way Liverpool would sell to United. They've sold players to us in recent years and City aren't a rival of theirs. City just makes the most sense. They'll flog Navas back to Spain and Nasri is a pointless player who Sterling would displace. Can only see us being in for him if we sell one of our attacking players. Or if José wants to stick another knife in Liverpool's decaying corpse.
  3. So he'd hypotheically play as our #10? Can't see any other spot for him.
  4. Yep, typical Real Madrid. They'll have yet another player sitting on their bench that would start for almost any other club in Europe.
  5. Also doesn't help when you have a dinosaur with no tactical understanding as manager.
  6. What is essentially Italy's second team is thoroughly outplaying and beating England.
  7. Sterling will probably hold out and run his contract all the way down and leave on a free as I doubt Liverpool will sell to a rival. He'll end up at City who will be willing to pay him obscene wages because he'll be homegrown and they'll have a young, English media darling.
  8. Didn't stop him from destroying the PL a couple of years ago.I'd love him here. Another bonus he'd bring to our team is that he's a world class free kick taker. Would be nice if we actually had someone who's a genuine threat to score directly from free kicks around the box. Instead of just softly crossing it in with Fabregas we can have someone with a cannon for a leg that can score wonder goals. A front four with Costa, Hazard, Bale, and one of Cuadrado or Willian would be ridiculous. Pace, power, technical ability, goals, assists, creativity, and workrate. Literally no weaknesses.
  9. I think he's definitely better than Eriksen. Has more to his game and is far more versatile.
  10. Watching Belgium here and haven't seen Kevin play in a while. His passing range and ability is crazy. Gerrard-esque, really.
  11. Maybe in an alternate Twighlight zone. How many times has he been sent off?
  12. He hates José doesn't he? Plus he's a hothead who can get sent off at any moment.
  13. HAHAHAHAHA! Let's take Heskey while we're at it.
  14. Ronaldo couldn't dream of scoring against the mighty Lithuania. Or any of those Europa League opponents nobodies ever heard of.
  15. You just know the biased English media will snub Hazard (the most outstanding player who will lead his side to the title) and give Kane Player of the Year. Their tongues have been slurping his asshole all season and they've taken it up a notch after tonight. Nothing more irritating on Twitter than reading 100 journalists wanking themselves silly over yet another overrated English player for hours. I hope he goes the way of Michu or Cisse and blows next season after teams learn how to cope with him like we did in the cup final.
  16. Wonder how much he'd even cost now if we wanted him back. We seem to have a great relationship with Wolfsburg so I'm not sure it would be THAT difficult to get him back if we truly wanted him. No chance of it happening though.
  17. Only way he ends up at Arse is if José gives him a "sympathy move" like he did with Mata. Let him go there so he wouldn't have to completely uproot his life and move his family to a new country. How fucking disgusting would it be to see Petr in that shirt...
  18. Reus maybe? I know he just signed a new contract but if they wanted him they'd get him.Or maybe those crazy bastards would buy Di Maria back since he clearly isn't comfortable and happy at United. Their fans hate Bale and loved Di Maria so maybe they can sort out some sort of swap.
  19. Doubt it. Every club knows he wants out and that we can't keep him.
  20. Part of me hopes he goes to Madrid because he deserves to go to a club of that stature AND he may help us sign Varane or Bale. On the other hand I really, REALLY want them to steal De Gea away from United and significantly weaken them for next season.
  21. Think Stoke will come into this one with one objective: stop all football being played and come away with a point. Can see this one being one of those laborious 0-0 or 1-1 draws in which Stoke don't trouble us much and we have to resort to 25 long shots against a parked jumbo jet.
  22. Marcelo, like Dani Alves, is almost a joke defensively. They may as well just be called wingers since the only thing they're really asked to do is attack.
  23. Not any more suicidal than this season. Plus if we add a young and athletic CB like Varane it'll shore up our defense.
  24. If we're going to continue playing this same formation than Bale would be brillaint. If we switch to a 4-3-3 (like I'd love for us to do) than you're right, Pogba would be great.
