We can't retain the ball to save our lives due to their pressing. As a result (and as I predicted prematch) Morata is starved of any service at all. We didn't really offer an attacking threat other than a few counter attacks. Bakayoko is clearly rusty and Dembele is running the midfield. Luiz was good at times in midfield and poor in others. They'll target him now that he's on a yellow. Azpi having a rare poor game as well. Kante was our standout player. Id get Pedro on soon because the best way to bypass their press is to play balls over the top. We need his running in behind.

Just a bit difficult to tell where the service into Morata will come from. It'll likely have to be from the wide areas through Willian and Moses because Kante & Bakayoko may get smothered by the 3 in midfield. This, in particular, is a game we'll really miss Hazard in.

Bakayoko's first appearence comes against the best midfield in the league. So nervous! I hate when were outnumbered in midfield.

Arsenal looked devoid of ideas that whole match. Missing a certain someone who dragged them to victory time and time again last season.

He's got all the physical tools and ability on the ball needed to be a world class player. It's still apparent where his weaknesses are, though. Noticed this throughout the Liverpool game. His off the ball work is lazy. Same as it was here and why I think Conte let him go on loan. You often see him just standing around and watching rather than getting after players. I think it's just part of his personality that I don't know will change. He's a laid back, nonchalant guy.

Liverpool have been woeful all game and then Palace hand them the easiest goal they'll score all season.

They don't really have a glaring weakness at the moment. They have a couple of areas that the other top sides can target (Blind, Jones if he keeps his place, and using pace against Matic) but against these smaller sides like West Ham, Swansea, and basically every side below the top 6-7 they'll probably dominate. The talent gap is colossal. Their starting XI isn't any more impressive than City/Spurs/Chelsea/Arsenal but with the way Mou sets his teams out tactically is what makes them scary.

They're now 6 points and +9 goal difference ahead of us after just 2 matches...

Matic is once again dominating and controlling this game just as he did last week. United so fortunate to have such an easy opening set of fixtures to ease him in. He looks like he's been there for years already.

I predict he'll play and look super rusty and off the pace (understandably so). Hopefully our fans don't slaughter him because of that in his first match. God knows the media will run with their "THEY SOLD MATIC FOR THIS GUY!? HES TERRIBLE!" narrative after 1 match against arguably the best midfield in the league. Hope I'm wrong and he kills it. Wish he didn't have to be thrown in before he's truly ready but we don't have that luxury, really.

I think Hazard and Bakayoko returning and being nearly ready have eased his mind a bit. Or he's just accepted that it's very unlikely more quality is coming in and has come to grips with it.

Sounds like Baka may be somewhat rushed back for this and start since we have no alternatives. Doesn't sound like Conte fancies Luiz in the middle of the pitch at all. Doubt (hope) Hazard isn't risked for this. It'll likely be a fiery, physical match where he'd be targeted. I'd keep him out a bit longer.

We've left it so late that clubs either won't sell their best players due to not having time to adequately replace them or we'll just have to pay way more than a player is worth.

Will there not be utter outrage and picketing riots if all of their stars leave for rivals on free transfers next summer? Imagine Sanchez and Özil in particular both not only leave for nothing but also end up at rivals that will haunt them for years. It's just unbelievably stupid from Wenger and their owners. Had really hoped that after that shocking result and all the uproar over the weekend the club would accelerate a deal or two and get a couple of players in so that they could have 3-4 training sessions and be ready for Tottenham. That's looking highly unlikely.
