I just don't think he'll ever become anything more than a solid player. Never truly good enough to be our main #9 who instills fear in defenses like Didier or Diego Costa. My power had been out for nearly 24 hours since yesterday afternoon and my phone finally lost charge shortly before this match started. So imagine my shock and horror when my power was finally restored and I excitedly checked online for the result. I felt like putting my first through a wall. 😡😡😡

We were a Zouma miracle tackle away from conceding 3 goals to each of Palace, West Ham, and Sheffield United. Not City, not Liverpool, not Man United. I think the chances are slim to none that we have a new keeper between the sticks to start the next season. Kepa is simply too expensive for anyone else. We just have to hope that with a much better outfield in front of him his weaknesses aren't exposed as often. Maybe if we convert the myriad of chances we create with Werner and Ziyech in the side we won't invite constant pressure on Kepa.
