Pirlo is 31 already ! Roman wants to reduce the avg. age of the team not increase it and wont be wise to spend alot on a player who might serve for just 1 or 2 years We need some one who can play quality football for 3-5 years! Instead of Pirlo I would rather have Ram or Mikel in that position. Rumors are floating that Mourinho wants Chelsea Duo Lampard and Drogba in exchange for Kaka! utter BS.

+1 I have been saying this in a lot of Chelsea forums and I am saying it again here: All our players deserve min.1 more season at the club. Lets be realistic, we never thought that we would come into the title contention but we did because we have world class players, today we didn't play well so what? past 3 games under CA's regime we won against Man.Utd. Have faith in the club, in its players, coach and everyone We has a disastrous season because we didn't have strength in our squad(all our key players were injured) . We will bounce back in the next season. KTBFFH ! :blue scalf:

Who was even worthy of wearing Blue today?

Bad luck yesterday thats all ! More than trying to put the blame if we had played more as a team we should have reduced the 2 goal deficit. Kalou IMO is unhappy for not getting the starts but never proves when he gets one on the other hand when you expect nothing out of him when he comes in as sub, he throws a surprise. IMO CA's tactics were wrong. I would have gone with PF as RB and in his previous match(if my memory serves right) he played as a winger. CA got the subs wrong as well. Players who should have come on IMO were: Ben 10, Anelka and Torres for Kalou, Essien and Malouda. I feel sorry for Zhirkov though, we are literally wasting him, he has potential and we aren't exploiting it ! Nothing short of complacency that attributed to the loss. We have to go for the killer from the first minute and in the recent past I haven't seen us do that. Our passing hasn't been the best this season that explains alot. -
Ganos and Neymar wont be coming to Chelsea and Aguero signed new contract with the club. The key is to buy quality players without spending too much. Samir Nasri of Arsenal may make way into the club because we have showed slight interest in him. Roman might overhaul the whole team ( atleast expecting 3-5( Anelka,Malouda,Bosingwa,Kalou and couple of others) players to leave the club) [this is not my choice, I am just hypothesizing what Roman might do]

I really thought Torres will realize what is required of him and would give us the equalizer . The defeat doesn't worry me, but the players not stepping up on big occasions does worry me a bit. The first goal was really pitiful, a big mistake from David Luiz , but then that should have shrugged the complacent cloud around us but apparently didn't and we conceded again. Not being very critical about the issue but once again wrong subs from CA. Alex making way for Luiz, wrong move. Ben 10, Anelka and Torres should have been the subs who should have come on for Mikel, Malouda and Kalou. Though couple of weeks/month ago this no one would have thought that this match would be title decider, we made it happen so still pretty decent outing this year for us. Hope Torres steps up to the big occasions next season.

me too. The wait is killing me.

Just hope the players give their best today. Especially Torres.
