what a peformance!!! and this is what mata can do. he CONTROLS the games. oscar is not good enough to do that against big teams. oscar, hazard, their ball retention is pathetic with their back to the goals, and 90% of passes they recieve are with their back to the goals. mata is on a different level, different class. we dont have the players to replace him and still play good possession football.

MATA??? schurlle, kdb, willian... u want more options? and each of them could have done more than what hazard did for us today. infact tell me what exactly did hazard do for us today. cole and hazard were getting raped by TOWNSEND (for fuck's sake, townsend not even lamela), so dont say he provided defensive cover, because he dint.

one thing is clear to me, MATA IS OUR BEST PLAYER. how difficult is that thing to understand. i know what mou is trying to do, the type of play he wants, but OSCAR is not good enough at the moment. specially against a good team, he is no where near the class of mata. the sooner mou understands that, the better otherwise, we will be chasing a lot of matches.

cos he is hopelessly out of form. and we have more than capable players to replace him with the likes of kdb, mata, willian, schurlle. has not contributed anything to the attack for sometime now. gets tripled/doubled mark but always tries to dodge past those players instead of passing the ball to better positioned players. i think with the squad we have, we can easily drop an out-of-form player (not just this game but since the start of the season), and give him time to sort himself out. if we can do that to the best player in our squad, mata, then every1 deserves the same treatment.

u answered your own question. etoo dint look sharp. he needs game time. his workrate is really good. link up play is good too. does not lose half as many balls as torres. what etoo needs right now is a run in the team. and i am sure mou is gonna do exactly that.

hazard? - 22 year old. first season with chelsea -10 goals, 10 assists compared to more than double of mata falcao?- athletico madrid and monaco player. has barely ever played CL football. barely ever won anything substantial. neymar? - dont even get me started. what has he done yet to be included in top15. ozil? - whats the difference between these 2 players. both dont track back, are hopeless defensively, and i would say are at the same level when the creativity is concerned (if anything then mata is better). so try to name players who are actually better than him rather than just blubbering names. also i would like for u to continue that list and actually name 50 players better than him. wont be a difficult job since u got 15 just out of the top of your head, right?

i can belive how stupid rodgers was last night. playing moses central is one of the worst ways of using him specially when u have rafael and nani on the same wing. nani is no help defensively and with rafael, u ll always get your chances. yet pool played 3-5-2, through out the match -------suarez----sturridge----- ------------moses------------- enrique---lucas---gerrard---henderson --------sakho---skrtel----kolo---- simply poor desision from rodgers cast pool the match. suarez behind sturridge or henderson behind suarez/sturridge in a normal liverpool 4-2-3-1 with the other on the wing would have been way better. i hope this ws just one match and moses continues playing on the wings...

i remember arsenal fieding their young team against us in a semi-final of carling cup sometime back. so i am not sure if wenger will actually put their STRONGEST TEAM against us when they have liverpool, dortmund and united as consecutive matches after the chelsea match.
