dude. Rambo-matic have not even started as a pivot but evwryone is already putting them down. Also people are doing so just cos they think that the pivot is creative enough which is exactly what lars gives along with his immense workrate and tackles. Technically he is an upgrade on rambo which solves our very so called problem with rambo-matic pivot.

lars is far more a rambo type of player than a matic type.

why a stopgap? if we cant get vidal/pogba/kroos, then how about lars bender? good tackler, good passing range, drives the team forward, technically he is sound atleast better than rambo. so a 15-20mil would be good deal.

Another game where he was a pin in the opposition winfer baxside by continously winning balls and starting counters. That stop in one of the apurs counter was magnifixient too. 9/10 JT- Brilliant perdormance. Covered GC perfecrly who was very slow off the blocks. His distribution was brilliant too. Rock. 8/10. Gc- simply hates playing against adebayor. Not at all comfortable in the first half. Gave away the ball twicd. Some of his turns on the ball were fabukous only to be brought down. Good game. He and matic make an awesone pivot. 7/10 Hazard - MOTM??? I mean how many half chamces did this guy create today?? Even the 3rd goal, he put oscar thru, oncw he put schurrle thru but he was off. That flick off the willian long ball was EXQUISITE. I will never forfive etoo for ruining it. But he should have scored early on. Bad miss. Also please get a little selfish. He dint need to pass the ball to etoo atleast on 2 occasions. Should be taking shots. 9/10 Etoo- good performance. I agree with what u have said.I am not against buying varane. I just think he should be 4th in the priority list. Also I agree totally with the post u made about DL being sold and varane being bought. Infact that is the perfect and probably the only scenario of this deal happening

Varane does not solve any problems that we might have. This season jose has played the underdog card, but don't think we can do that next season. We will be trying to play a possession based football but we won't have a proper no. 8 to do so With. The only proper no.8 will be SFL but don't think he can fit the high energy system at all.
