Yeah thats what I was getting at, I don't mean "fixed" in so many words, but more reputation based than actual footballing achievements for the year.

Most players & managers just get on these lists because of reputation (ferguson & Rooney for example) If RDM doesn't win the manager award then this is quite clearly fixed. What he achieved in such a short space of time was not bettered by any other manager last year.
