It was actually same for me, but don't take stuff for granted. The second you start to assume, it will go bad. As they say - assumption is mother of all fuck-ups. Plus what I've seen is that people who come from elite schools tend not to do any better than others, because you will be going to study in a faculty where being smart isn't enough - you need to have heart for what you will be doing, this sort of interest and self discipline. Judging from your reply - you have an advantage over others, use it, but stay humble. Not everyone will have the opportunity to be so well prepared for something like this for various reasons. You will be working with 'normal' people day in day out and the moment you start to feel elitist or stuck-up, that's when you will make a bad name for yourself. Good thing about all this is that you will start to see world around you differently. You don't look at human body the way you used to. Now I don't know how it is in Slovenia, but in the first year we had to cut open bodies and 'carve out' all the muscles, arteries, veins, nerves etc. So that's something different I think. You will get to know how human biological 'machinery' works, question all the articles about health etc. Though you don't have to be a M.D to do that. Let's put it this way: Biology is one of the most important subjects or even the most important one at first when you go to med.school. Physics won't help you much, just general knowledge. So being good/able to reach a certain level in chemistry and biology is a must, because if you will find it hard to study for high-school exams, you will be in a very big trouble with medical exams and drop out. Choose wisely and remember that you'll be sacrificing your time and health for the good of other people's time and health whether it will be while studying or already working. Been studying nearly 12h/day for couple of weekends now, can see light in the end of the tunnel though! Best of luck!

Your BMI is a bit under 20 so it's in the normal range, but on a light side. I think you already know what to do - eat a lot more, go to the gym regularly without neglecting your cardiovascular health and do the RIGHT exercises. Dumbell curls and so on will make one feel more of a man, but they do nothing but add a bit of size and shape the muscle - it's an isolation exercise and you can't shape something that is not there yet. Concentrate on bench press, squat, deadlift etc - the compound movements that work different muscles groups at the same time. Best of luck

These kind of things get worse by the day initially, but after 3-4 days it will start to heal. If it is a bad stretch then it should totally subside in 2-4 weeks, just keep doing R.I.C.E - Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Don't mean to be blunt, but if you can walk, then it hopefully isn't a torn ligament - if it is, then only real option is surgery.
