We weren't all over them. We were awful until one counter attack in the 66th minute when Ba scored. Until then we were trying to hit them on the counter attack and just lumping it over the top to Ba and it only worked when he scored that 1 goal. If we did have another shit half like the first one we wouldn't have been in a position to get a penalty because most of the time the ball was somewhere around our own penalty area. Its easy to say we didn't deserve to win because we were not the better team. We were the better team for 25 minutes of the second half granted but City were better for longer- 65 minutes to be precise. Like I have said, they should have had the game wrapped up by half time and would have had it not been for Kompany's poor finishing, the final ball being poor and great saves from Ivanovic and Cech. Statistically we were worse than them too: Possession: 44% 56% Shots: 9 11 On target: 4 7 #sorry2belikedatman #cut4choulo

Found out today that for my year 13 A levels next year up to 50% of my lessons could be 'independent study' i.e. no teacher because of government cuts. Really what the fuck is this? A levels are amongst the most difficult exams you will ever take and the government expects us to meet all their stupid targets with 50% less teaching? Fuck them. Once the grades inevitably decrease we will hear them start moaning that we are all failures because 'our 18 year olds are not as clever as those from Holland, Denmark, Sweden etc.' Well why would that be then you fucking cretins? Maybe because you spend so much of the country's budget in 20 years that you completely fuck up the country for the next 20 years and have to make drastic cuts. Its not rocket science. But they won't give a shit because they will be retired at 60 with a nice pension. There will also be complaints from Universities that people are either not meeting their entry requirements or people are not going to University so the government will moan even more that 'our workforce isn't skilled enough'. Still, they have got their apprenticeship scheme all set up and are spending millions promoting that. A few years after they discouraged it. Twats. Maybe if you had realized that its a good idea we wouldn't have to put up with you spending millions promoting it again. I understand cuts are necessary (but only because the idiots who run this country fucked it up in the first place) but you can't make all these cuts that will make people homeless and then spend £10m on a funeral for someone who was despised by so many. Fucking mess of a country.

I hate some girls that love themselves so much and just won't stop posting pictures of themselves. On new years eve at the top of my news feed was a picture of one of my friends smiling down a camera with about 8kg of make up on saying 'Happy New Year'. Great, wouldn't mind a status saying happy new year but why do you feel the need to add a picture of yourself into it. Do you think I care or something?
-
shit happens. We deserved to lose anyway. Man City were probably kicking themselves for not putting the game out of sight by half time and it should have been. We didn't deserve to win.
-
I see Newcastle tried to outdo millwall. Idiots
-
Does FSW think azpilicueta is the only right back at the club? He's knackered give him a fucking rest

No complaints from me. Better team won. Maybe if we decided to show up for more than just the last 30 we would have stood a chance. Also started the second half awfully giving away a sloppy goal. Neither of the full backs put in a decent cross all game, ramires showed excellent determination and fight. Onwards and upwards

I see the pikey scum couldn't resist a fight before heading home to their caravans then. One of my mates was on a tube with a load of them after the game moaning that 'the police ruined their fun'. What a bunch of fucking morons. Rumours that they have all gone to the Thatcher death party at Trafalgar Square this evening looking to cause more trouble too. What the hell has this country become? I'm glad we don't have the possibility of drawing them in the final because I would genuinely fear for my life with some of their fans around. You only have to look at the frequent stabbings and fights between them and us in the 70's and 80's to realise that it would have been carnage. Absolute fucking morons. Nothing more nothing less.

did anyone else see that 11 year old girl on Britain's Got Talent singing this evening? Absolutely amazing

whoever that wanker is

Megan Fox isn't even that fit

Why am I just bad-mouthing and being harsh about every team this evening? Its not nice.
-
Wigan fans are an endangered species you know. Experts think only a few hundred are left in the wild. Millwall are just gypsies from caravans who are probably saving themselves for a fight after the game with the 6 Wigan fans who have actually bothered to show up

Its difficult because football in the winter is when a lot of fans consider it to be best when it gets dark at games and is cold and nasty (really some fans prefer it this way) and it is part of English football culture. I'd have a 1 week break straight after Autumn internationals if we were going to have one. Boxing day games are just a pain in the arse because there isn't any public transport Match of the Day is the highlights programme in England showing Premier League highlights on Saturday night. It has big ears from the Walkers adverts hosting it and Mark Lawrenson (who looks like a suicidal badger) and Alan Shearer (who now bears a passing resemblance to a jacket potato in a shirt) or Alan Hansen (just a deluded scotsman who thinks Liverpool will actually win something) giving their stupid and unwanted insight and opinions on games

failing Rangers and Celtic it would be nice to see some of the 'proper' teams from the championship back like Nottingham Forest, Sheffield Wednesday, Ipswich, Leicester, Derby and even L*eds would make things a bit more interesting. Proper fans and proper stadiums to replace like you said Southampton, Reading, Wigan and QPR

yeah I suppose Stoke could enter that bracket as well with Sunderland and West Brom at a push. Just dull. Stoke were funny in their first season with their rugby tactics but now everyone has realised that their players are twats, their fans on the whole are idiots and Tony Pulis is a grade A bellend. They sign has-beens such as Pennant, Crouch and Owen and expect to get somewhere with them. West Brom used to just go between divisions but now have some stability which makes them boring too. We only sort of like them because they have Lukaku and Clarke. They are the sort of team that call consistency 3 games without a loss and make our lives boring by continually getting us excited about beating a team near us then fucking it up. They all talk funny and all their fans live in Bungalows in Dudley too. Now for Sunderland. Again used to be useless but they were funny back then because they had Mick McCarthy and his bent nose for a manager. They were just the shit version of Newcastle. Anything above 13th is a success for them. Now they have Sessegnon who is their only good player and a few average players like Johnson and Graham and a nutter for a manager. The rest are bollocks. At least they don't have the one thing we hate: consistency this season so they are slightly more entertaining. Still, its cold and grim up there and their fans work down the mines so the grim dull nature of Sunderland Association Football Club perfectly reflects the grim, dull nature of life for the town's inhabitants. EDIT: anyone reading this from another forum should note that this is just a joke

Has anyone else ever thought: What is the point of Norwich and Fulham? They don't do anything. Now Norwich are a stable PL club they will be just like fulham- fucking boring. Every season Fulham are exactly the same. Just finish on about 48 points somewhere in 9-11th place with a goal difference of 0. They add fuck all to the league and just bore you to death on Match of the Day. With 1 exception they never make a charge for Europe nor are in danger of relegation. They don't have any bright young youth players just a load of free agents they sign in the summer. Their fans are dull as well. They are just like digestive biscuits- the most plain and boring people you will ever meet. At least Norwich are a bit funnier but only because they are from Norfolk and have 6 fingers on each hand and dance to that stupid goal music whenever they score. Get rid of those 2 teams and have an 18 team league.

the bias is beyond ridiculous. Until recently Sky had a 10% share in Man U and part owned MUTV. Sky Sports News will always give extra coverage towards Man U and anything Fergie says is instantly their top story. When a Chelsea fan made a racist gesture towards Welbeck it was all over the news, papers were calling us scum and a disgrace. They have managed to keep it completely under the radar that a Man U fan was arrested for racism on Monday and only 1 newspaper reported it. They don't shut up about how Giggs is 'the model pro' yet he is always around refs trying to get players sent off and shagged his brothers wife. There is a deep hatred towards Terry yet Ferdinand who is even worse is apparently a saint and merely a victim of racism from England fans. Never has the media bothered to question why the chairman of the FA is also chief executive of Man U either. The worst thing is that Man U fans deny that there is a bias towards them and actually claim the media hate them. All of them that cram into pubs the other end of the country to where their team plays like to tell you that Sky have it in for them. Why would that be when Murdoch owns Sky and 2 of Britain's biggest newspapers and also shares in Man U? Its ridiculous.

Yes I would consider myself a die hard Chelsea fan. And if anyone from that scummy club were to come and tell me to write on their scummy forums I would tell them to 'go away' in a far more animated way. Why? Because I love Chelsea. It is my club, I have been brought up supporting Chelsea. My family are Chelsea fans, I was born a few hundred meters from Stamford Bridge. I spend huge amounts of time supporting the club as do millions of other people around the world. I would feel like a traitor if I were to jump ship and support another team and I'm sure many other supporters would, regardless of how much money was thrown at them. Are you saying you would go and write for AC Milan forums if they offered you the opportunity with a high wage? So you are saying Mourinho left Inter for Real because of the money? Clearly he didn't have much of a passion for Inter then. One of the biggest clubs in the world, on a huge wage and he left you for a few million more. What does that say for his affection for Inter?
-
He offers absolutely nothing. About 75% of games he has been involved in over the last 3 years he has made some sort of stupid error. Don't tell me you don't brick it when Turnbull comes for a cross or someone takes a shot. I wouldn't go as far as to say that he has cost us a game but I know I don't and I'm sure the back 4 don't feel anywhere near as confident with him in goal. Blackman needs a loan to a professional team in league 1 or 2 before we can consider him as a back up for Cech IMO. He has looked good for the under 21's but playing regularly for a professional team will really help his development. As for who else: well there are thousands of goalkeepers out there. We want one that would be happy to sit on the bench for most of the time but also be financially viable. There are tons of them around Europe sorry to disagree

as much as I agree on selling one of Cole or Bertrand you do have to ask yourself who we would replace them with. Luke Shaw you say. I know the guy is a fantastic talent and could be amazing but he's still 17 years old. Do you really think he is a suitable replacement for Ashley Cole, playing 40+ games per season at the highest level? Do you have so much faith in him that you think he is ready to play Left back in the Champions League and deal with Di Maria, Ronaldo, Hulk, Robben, Sanchez etc.? I have no doubt that he could be great but if we sign him he should be 2nd choice to Cole or a world class left back for a few years. Cole isn't great going forward IMO. He gets forward yes but so often he won't actually cross he will pass the ball back into the middle. Bertrand is better going forward but can be an absolute shambles defensively. I can't see him ever being first choice for us because I just don't think he is good enough. By all means keep him as a squad player and back up but nothing more than that. However, if we were to get rid of Cole and bring in a younger world class left back who would it be? There are not that many world class left backs. It is a department severely lacking in players that can get forward and defend very well which is essential in the modern game. Monreal would have been a great signing. Other than that there is Alaba, Ansaldi (Rubin Kazan), Nagatomo, Baines (hi Alex ), Coentrao and Marcelo.

Why is it a fact? Mourinho has spoken highly of Chelsea time and time again since he left and how he loves England and wants to come back here. When has he said that about Inter?

Saw Bobby Zamora casually walking down the high street this morning

Am I going to have to sit in the pub by myself this evening?

Liverpool boo off their youth team at the end of the match. Most players around 17 years of age. Classy.
