I think this is directed at me, so I'm going to explain. Rafa continues to defend Torres, so I'm using Rafa's defending of Torres as a benchmark, comparing it to Rafa telling Hazard to improve. Pathetic.

He'll literally go for around 9m so I'm definitely for this. Even if we sign Huntelaar and Llorente and then sell them in the summer. Llorente, Huntelaar, Sturridge and Torres I can deal with. And while we're bargain striker shopping, might as well add Demba Ba! Ba, Huntelaar and Llorente for under 25m.

To be fair to Torres, he's been excellent at defending set pieces. Not enough obviously, but I notice him clearing away corners/free-kicks every game.

Ramires! He scored for us last year.

He's not going to magically turn our troubles around...he'll help with some squad depth and experience. Not sure if I want him paired with Mikel or Ramires, he may get more time as an attacking midfielder.

I'm not sure what you're asking, but we can still finish 2nd and advance to the round-of-16 of the Champions League, or finish 3rd and enter the round-of-32 of the Europa League.
