I dont think it would be far fetched to say that Ozil is landslides ahead of Cole (taking into consideration Cole's recent form) if were speaking impact and play making. We never get any official news directly from the club, its very frustrating. ManU's official forum receives information, clues, and behind the scene stories that happen within the club. Our club never disputes links with players, directly explains why the let players go, or what they have in store for the clubs future. And you can start by telling us why Stoch was sold, why we let go of Ballack, if we are actually pursuing Aguero this window, and if Torres is actually a prospect signing. There is nothing to regret. It's likely that Cole will shine, but who cares? He didnt with us over the last few seasons, so why keep him around? Let him sail off and do his own thing, while we do ours. Our concern should the club as a whole and not 'how to get the best out of Joe Cole'. We have plenty of other talented players who in my opinion surpass the level of Cole.

True'er words have never been spoken. My respect for Essien has grown immensely over the last few seasons. He is our most balanced player by miles and he loves this club. I seriously doubt that he even had to think twice before signing another contract. He's here for all the right reasons, doesnt complain, is adored by every fan, and just wants Chelsea to be the best team in the word. I have never seen Essien dive, complain, get caught up in gossip, or cry about wages. Cheers to you Essien, our players need to take a page out of your book.

There is one category that Chelsea fails in miserably, that is youth. Our squad is filled with extremely talented superstars, players that are so talented, that it becomes inefficient to give young players a chance (financially and rationally) due to what is at stake (cups, league, titles). I suggest bring back Mancienni, Stoch and have them play 1st team along with Kakuta, Bruma and Van A. and the rest, for an entire Carling Cup! Lets give our youth a chance. Let them shine Carlo!! It is very likely that with our current youth potential that we have a diamond in the rough that will shine and stand out like the great names of soccer in our current generation!
