Rotation is key, keeping the players fresh and ready to assault on all four competition's, depth is important too because last September/October although we kept winning it was starting to take its toll before everything exploded in December, and although i wanted Carlo 1 last year to rectify all this some of the tactics and line-up's were so predictable it was laughable. Squad depth is the most important thing for this season, which is why Kalou should stay, his stats for a squad player are pretty impressive tbf.
