Aguero would be perfect, Kalou is mowt more than a (effective) squad player, Drogba dont have that long left, Anelka will be leaving i think and Malouda has well been Malouda. Without doubt Danny is in Andre's long term plan, just remains to be seen if he is a massive part of this season.

I would'nt go that far, he did ok in his first couple of season it was just Lamps, Robben, Terry, Gallas, Crespo J.Cole and Duff were all chipping in with their fair share of goals aswell, in 06/07 only Lamps out of that group were still scoring J.Cole got injured all season, Duff, Crespo and Gallas left and Robben and Terry's goals dried up which meant Drogs has more responsibility which he took superbly.

I think there has been a few over the top reactions after yesterday, its a PRE SEASON FREINDLY so calm down. Remember Jose's first pre season game was a 1-1 draw to Oxford.

I think he will be, he showed at Genk that he can hack it in big games so i will be confident if he needs to step in against Arsanul or United. Hilario i will be reasonably confident as he shown against Pool and Barca he can do well in one off games Turnbull on the other hands scares me shitless any time he plays and has been shit whenever he has played for us (bar Inter).

Providing we sign other players who are needed aswell would this actually be a bad deal? For a DM he can still give us a few years, last time he was unlucky he has Maka, Tiago and Lampard all performing great and on the form of their lives, he hardly has the same problem this time does it and someone above mentioned his performances last season, he was trying to get West Ham out of the shit by himself,if it was not for him West Ham would have been down in March and if the whole team performed like him they would have finsihed 8th. We need 2 wingers One who will light the world on fire, have opponents shitting themself's and the world wanking themself (IE Robben). Another who while he wont be as good, will chip in with goals and assists and be a very effective member of the squad (IE Duff).
