  1. THat would probally suit us more than City. If he plays that back 4 we will lose a big game again.
  2. You can't have 2 clubs in the same league if you want to take over Artron you're have to quit you're team. Hopefully BL will have another marketing campaign and get more managers involved next season because we have lost many good managers and they need replacing.
  3. Its getting to the point where i would happily see Ben Haim back and playing RB instead of Bosingwa.
  4. Bieber being a Chelsea fan = more girls doing the same #sheep = more shirts and Chelsea merchendice being sold = more money for the club with the FFP rules coming in. Every cloud.
  5. If David Luiz was not banned i would have tipped us to win this. But that Bossy-Ivan-JT-Cole back 4 has failed every time against half decent opposition, what is their to suggest it will be different this time?
  6. Peel off Jouno's skin you're see AVB right underneath it
  7. He would play over Adam Johnson. I was behind Carlo last season still wanted him to get another season but he is looking more of a fool to this day for overlooking this guy, what was he thinking If he played Danny as soon as Malouda and Anelka lost form he might still be in a job.
  8. Am i the only one taking this AVB and Luiz targetting as a compliment? Think of it this way. Rooney's miss helped dump United on Channel 5, United and a £1bn City squad got dumped out of the CL, Suarez's middle finger palaver has vanished from thin air. Instead of making a big deal out of any of those stories they are instead focusing their efforts and intentions on (trying to) make a fool out of AVB. Why are they doing this? because AVB get's under their skin. They have been use to Carlo and a lesser extent Hiddink (no offense) being the nice guy's and letting them spite their bitter bile, they can't handle the fact we now have a gaffer who will give it back to them as good as he gets, they also can't handle the fact we have one of the best young manager's around who has made top signing's and is looking to build a legacy. Same with Luiz, why does he get god knows how much stick for being occasionaly rash while the likes of Vidic and Carragher get branded world beaters for the same thing? they know he could become a great and if he signed for Liverpool they would be going on about it but because he plays for Chelsea they are doing everything in their power t prevent it. Personally i take this as a compliment and laugh that they have to resort to such desperate mesures.
  9. Still think Madrid will win the league, they still have effectively a 3 point lead.
  10. Is that just skill rating or a skill bar aswell (IE from 7 to 8).
  11. His words twisted again. They completely twisted his words at Stoke aswell.
  12. what dev.Value do young players (17-22) have to obtain to go up a skill level?
  13. Well deserved RZA. I voted for RZA purely due to the fact he has been on the list more than anyone else but never got MOTM, so long over due.
  14. Im hoping a Championship side will take a punt on him, still think he has a future with us, maybe he will be the answer if the worst comes to the worst with Oriol?
  15. Lets hope for this. Milan V Bayern Napoli V Real Madrid Basle V Chelsea Then in the q/f APEOL V Chelsea Zenit V Benfica Milan/Bayern V Inter Barcelona V Real Madrid SEMI Zenit/Benfica V APEOL/Chelsea Milan/Bayern/Inter V Barcelona/Real Madrid See what i mean by a bit of luck, if it happens this way we are laughing.
  16. I hope you're right but the only problem is Catalan's are loyal to Barcelona. This is what a FCB fan said on another forum """""I am a Catalan and it is difficult for outsiders to understand how important Barcelona is to Catalans and Catalonia. It's not just about the club, it is political. FC Barcelona represented us throughout what for us was a brutal dictatorship, it was our national pride and symbol. So while most players dream of playing for us because we are a huge club with huge traditions, it is a double draw for Catalans - it is playing for your club and country and national identity all in one. At the moment nobody is saying anything about Oriol, but I have no doubts he'll return if we ant him. The first problem for Chelsea is that we all watched him play very well on TV against Valencia the other night. If Chelsea progress, he will get more exposure and then it will be difficult to keep him."""""
  17. Exactly!!!!! Take the Messi factor out of this team i was much more scared of them when they had Ronaldinho and Eto'o back between 2004-2006. Infact i was shit scared of facing them back in those days for some reason im not at the moment. Mark my words this Barca team peaked in the second half of the CL final, Madrid and Jose have got them this year, infact Barca look like they have something missing which is bad news for us because they might want Oriol back
  18. It's not an exclusive i saw it at the time but still funny
  19. Im probally going to get pasted for this but we should seriously consider seling him in January if we get a substantial offer, in the region of £20-30m. He is still a world class forward and some side would probally take a punt on him. Sadly i think Torres and Chelsea is like Duff and Newcastle, they just don't fit, like Damien Duff for example was amazing for Chelsea and Blackburn, shocking for Newcastle then he signed for Fulham and we started to see the old Duff again. If we can't get a substantial offer then we really have to consider loaning him to a Spanish side for 6 months, prey for the love of god he can pick up form then we get a decent fee for him in the summer. We could look at this another way, Torres persuaded Mata to join Chelsea so if Torres does leave for next to nothing we could just pretend we spent £73m on Mata
  20. This is going to sound mad but why don't we recall Conor Clifford and give him a go? Dalglish for Liverpool did the same with Flanagan against the same opponents last season and it payed off handsomenly. It's hardly like Conor is a fragile teenager, he is 20 and Chelsea through and through and he is a battler, he would relish the prospect of getting out there and getting stuck into those ego's, don't honestly reckon it would phase him at-all. Plus Mancini would not expect this so he wouldon't bother looking into his abilities either. ---------------Cech--------------- Ivan-----Romeu----Terry--Cole --------------Clifford-------------- -------Ramires-----Meireles---- Sturridge---------------------Mata --------------Drogba--------------
  21. We are closer to them two teams than Liverpool back then were to Us, Juventus or AC Millan.
  22. After 2005 when the weakest team in the whole competition (more so when it got to the knockout) won it i think anyone who is in it can win it, even Apeol.
  23. What does Mikel have to do to get credit? Pick up the ball from David Luiz 25 yards out of Cech's goal at the Camp Nou, one swift flick off the ball putting Villa,Messi and Sanchez all on their arse. Then on to Xavi nutmegged 4 times before turning him taking him out of the game. Showboating around Iniesta and Bisquets with both chasing shadows then when he gets bored he moves on to Pique and Mascerano at centre half, dances around both and comes back for more 20 times before he had enough then chips over Valdes right into the top corner off the net. Anything less than that i doubt Mikel will ever get credit sadly
  24. Apparently Sammy Hutchinson has been named in the PL squad, suprise start perhaps?
  25. A goal is a goal as far as im concerned. Do you see United fans complaining when Hernandez plays like he has never played football before for 90 minutes apart from one moment in a game when the ball hits him when he's not looking or not expecting it and trickles in? Funny how Kalou scoring tap in's proves he is a dreadfull player yet when players like Hernandez does the same it's "good movement". Im starting to wonder what will happen if Kalou scores the winner in the CL final for us (assuming he is still here) would we be celebrating being Champions of Europe or would we all be going on about "another lucky tap in" by Kalou? Whatever way we spin it, goals are goals, a tap in from Kalou at home to Swansea will get us as many goals as a 40 yard belter by Mata at the Camp Nou will and Kalou, even if he isn't the best player on the planet, actually scores goals. If you really want a player to complain about then ring up Owen Coyle and make a bid for N Gog. In a peverse way i hope we replace Kalou with some one like N Gog or Chamakh then we will all suddenly realise Kalou is actually a decent squad player.
