  1. Ok fair enough but I disagree, he seems to have found his level at Stoke/WHU, there's no shame in that, he's a decent enough player but some players just don't seem to transfer that to top level, like him and Roswell.
  2. Players can leave and do well without it being a mistake, look at Yaya, Ibra and Cesc, would you say Barca "fuked up" selling them? And before you say "Jose apoligst" I had almost identical views 're Sturridge, a player that was not sold by Jose.
  3. I'm not sure why he hasn't been sold, I'm sure a mid table team will have him.His new contract kind of gives me the thought that he is a safety net in case we fuck up a window so badly were short of AMs that or for an injury crisis.
  4. Of course Salah and Cuadrado aren't good enough for us but two (or three) wrongs don't make a right. And Malouda was defiently good enough for us, he turned shit post double but so did most of the squad.
  5. Is Slaven Billic a tactical mastermind or something? Nine points from Emirates, Anfield and Ethiad is an inhuman return at WHU.
  6. No chance, they are truly awful and the law of averages owe us one up there.
  7. Ty was all upbeat and optimistic after we twatted them 6-0, there's optimism then there's insanity.
  8. But, but, but he isn't "flashy"
  9. Remy thread is remarkably quiet every time he play's.............
  10. But we can't use the justification to have a player on there better than what Cuadrado gave us, else we would be scouring league two, although a Cuadrado on best form is a very good player, just didn't happen here.Yes I think Willian is a lot better, he's a bit of a flake (to say the least) in the final move but he is almost flawless before that, there's a reason he hasn't been shafted like all the other RMs. Moses has a habit of killing counter attacks at any area of the pitch. And Moses is hardly the most prolific of scorers either, he's on his ninth year as a pro and is on 37 goals, that's about 4/5 goals a year depending on how many he nets for WHU, bare in mind 3 of those seasons were in the Championship too.
  11. The grass is greener syndrome is the only reason I can think of for people having a meltdown over Moses not being here. I mean I get it with Sturridge, KDB, Mata, Matic before he returned and even Lukaku but Moses? Really? He's had two shots at the top level and was average some times decent with us and abysmal at Liverpool.
  12. What I do find funny about all the whinging about Moses being let go is for years everytime a youth player gets overlooked for a squad role in favour of an experienced player who will never be good enough for a starter its been all "what's the point of having him as a squad player when we can giveit to a young player with potential to move up", for example Kalou/Kakuta. With Moses we have done just that and there's still moaning
  13. Arsenal have a massive inferiority complex against us, even with our defence this season they still didn't look like scoring.
  14. I always have confidence vs Arsenal due to their raging inferiority complex against us. We have played them before on bad form (admittedly not as bad as this) and still beat them.
  15. I use Huth because 38 games in two seasons is a very respectable amount, even more so when you consider we had Terry, Carvalho and Gallas all in the prime of their lives at the club at the time. It's an equivalent Bamford playing games in a team that has Aguero, Lewandowski and Suarez on the books.
  16. RLC and Kennedy 2 Traore and Baba 1 Zoumas role furthened. It's early days but it looks like Mou is building the youth aswell, Although lets be honest, those players could end this season with 50+ apps between them and people will still think he's a youth hating maniac.
  17. Bit late response but those two have played twice between them, if their integrating those two then surely were doing the same for RLC and Kennedy, no?
  18. You wouldn't think he would start but this is Wenger were talking about, logic has never been his strong point.
  19. Of course this win means little in the grand scheme of things, but I defiently enjoyed it after our recent run of form.
  20. It even happened at the start back here, the Tottenham, Norwich and Cardiff games he turned 2 points into seven with his quick thinking and subs, its recently ish he's seemed to go all Rafa where as if the starting tactics work everything's good but when they don't (which has been the case every time this season) he doesnt seem to know how to turnthe game around. Hopefully he can catch up soon, because like I said earlier Fergie had a similar stage but eventually snapped out of it, I still have hope Jose will do the same.
  21. For the last year or so it does look like he's lost his edge in that regard, but the Mourinho of 04-10 and to some extent the first year and a half of his return he was brilliant in that regard. Too many fellow top managers have been outsmarted by him for it too be a coincidence.
  22. Of course, like I said, the others are fair enough (although with Remy thats only started this season, this constant Drogba was always preferred to him was a myth) but I just don't get it with Moses, he may score more goals than Willian but I'm sure there's many shit strikers that had a better goal ratio than Gudjohnsen but It don't mean they are/were better players. He makes so many bad decisions in general play, (Willian may be a bit of a flake to say the least with the final move but he is next to flawless up until then),at times here I kept thinking he made Kalou look like an in form Cesc in terms of football brain, its not so detremental at West Ham or Stoke but at Chelsea or Liverpool it becomes a real issue. It's not a bad thing against him, he is what he is and that's a very good mid table level footballer, many players like him took a chance to get to the top level and it didnt quite work out (Rodwell, Sinclair, Lambert) so they went back to mid table and resumed a successful career that way.
  23. Fair point with the rest but Moses is a clear case of absence making the hear grow fonder. Pre season doesn't mean anything else Marin will be here, and Moses has always been a mid table player (in before the table jokes) and the two chances he has hadto dine at the top table he was average (his season here) and absolutely attroutious (Liverpool), with Hazard, Pedro, Willy, Oscar here and Kennedy looking set to get a fair number of minutes, there's no room for him here.
  24. It wasn't me that flagged it up but I've read about if before, in times gone by United always use to gear up to build their way into a season then hit the top gear after new year, but after the back to back titles Fergie completely changed his pre season routine gearing up for a fast start to keep up with us, tbf to the man he always accepted challenges and never shied away from them, he was always adapting that is why he was so successful. That could be the case, tbh I think they have hit some sort of compromise where Jose can name players and they will try to get them (Stones) and the board will still sign their youth players, where some will go into first team. This is defiently the trickiest stage of Jose's career, I think he is at a similar stage that Fergie was at circa 03-06(despite last season's title) where people United fans included thought he lost it but he came back with a bang, similar things happening now with Jose, let's hope he makes a similar comeback.
