  1. Define made through? Because some of those players played a fair few games for the club, such as Jody Morris. How about Carlton Cole? Or Neil Clement?
  2. Ooh I remember that. Dennis Wise wrestled him to the ground. My first Champs League match.
  3. I don't get what you mean Blue Lion. Do you mean their first 11 is stronger? I might be inclined to agree. But if you say their squad is stronger, that suggests they have better backups than we do.
  4. You could tell from his first game last season the lad had plenty of talent and potential. So good on the ball at times, he just needs to find consistency in finishing and he'll be a top class player for us!
  5. Damn right they do. I'm gonna be generous to Salou and say it was his goal then!
  6. Well, that Delaney own goal is very 50/50... BBC reckons it was Kalou's goal, might have to go with that...
  7. Amazingly we already have a Kenwyne Jones thread! Merged. You know, I do see a lot of Drogba in him. He's the same kind of player, but if we want to truly go for this "attacking football" we really should be looking at different types of players.
  8. Presumptuous, but I can see why you might think that. I'm not attacking jews, no-one here is. People are attacking Grant, I don't even know if anyone has used anti-semitic language, but they are attacking Grant. Apparently so. I never said that was okay, I said it was human, ie we all do it, ie its not an English problem. While we're at it, assuming it was is pretty racist itself.
  9. I'm not even angry at this stuff. The blood of government is pure corruption.
  10. Okay, well firstly I thought you were deliberately saying stupid shit to entice a reaction, hence accusing you of trolling. But perhaps you're not. Perhaps you're stupid enough to think that Chelsea fans who have supported the club since before Abramovich would just say "right, they're Jewish now, we're off". To answer the above quote, probably not. There probably is a certain level of anti-semitism under the surface, and when you have a manager performing badly, who happens to be Jewish, perhaps some forget to keep the anti-semitism down out of anger, and it comes out. It happens, it's human nature. I can guarantee you though that had Avram Grant been a really good manager, no-one worth their salt would even think about his religion. I can also say that this trait is not English, it's human. Where was I going with this? Where are you going with this?
  11. Well whilst he's pretending to be a manager, he's never pretended to be a footballer, so I'm not surprised.
  12. How are we but 3 points off the top with this man in charge?
  13. Had another look at it, looks as if Kalou missed the header and Delaney powered it in. Think it's an own goal myself! For me the Malouda goal against Schalke was in no way an own goal, a keeper fuck up yes, but not an own goal. You know, I think you counted that... did you count the Community Shield? I suspect you counted that as pre-season, where as I didn't.
  14. Awesome, not a British team! Edit: Cock, Liverpool are gonna send us out again.
  15. Queries. I've been keeping track myself, and some bits are different. I've got Kalou as scoring 9 not 10, against Hull (A), Bolton (A), Man City (H), Derby (A), Newcastle (H), Fulham (A), Huddersfield (H), Olympiacos (H) and Derby (H). What am I missing? Also, I've got Malouda as scoring three. I suspect you're counting the goal against Schalke as an own goal? Do you know if this was the official stance with this, or just your perspective?
  16. Yeah, that'd be why. Been keep track yourself then?
  17. Now we can open all the threads! Think I'll take a pass on that one, unless it can be done by bulk. Lets have a look... Edit: Apparently it could. Done.
  18. The Derby programme is correct. And the most Joe got was 9 in 2005/2006.
