I won't get carried away. As a matter of fact, he played a bit above average to me in both games excluding the fact that he scored, and the most important thing - that he had the balls to step up and take his 1st penalty in England if I am right? Keep it up lad. I watched some highlights from when he was at Atletico...damn his pace has perished

Congrats to our new MOTM, @Rmpr!! -
Looking at it now... David Luiz. He is charismatic, he has leadership and he doesn't give up. When he makes a mistake, he gives 150% afterwards in order to compensate it. He has the balls to step up and his recent PKs and FKs show that he practices a lot. With Rafa and his tougher defense, I expect him to step his game up since he won't be exposed as much as before. After him, I would say Cahill and Ivanovic, but I just find David much more suitable for it.

Now when I think of it... Carlo's 2nd season started going downhill after Lamps got injured (those 2 fucking weeks)...he came back and we ended up 2nd in the league. AVB's season started going downhill as he started benching Lampard and reducing his role in the team...later on, Lamps returned to the lineup and captained us to the CL trophy. This season started well with him playing some great football, especially some passes, but he got injured and now we are on a bad run again. Good to have him back. I do hope though that fans will understand that he may be out of form and won't be able to perform as we expect. It wouldn't be nice that he starts receiving criticism and be labeled as scrapegoat for our potential bad results ...

I like that "Calm your shit down, I'm here" face

Well that's brilliant! xD Us kicking them out of Europe again would be priceless. Even worth more then going through the group stage It would scar the twats for life

Mikel suspended isn't that bad. It will give Oriol a good run of games which will show to the board if he's ready to be given a bigger role or we need another DM. I hope he does well, he was good against Nords. His long balls (not those balls you perverts ) have helped the team a lot in attack speed. It is something I don't see Mikel do often and something Ramires doesn't do at all.

Oh I do hope we managed to use him in some kind of a deal or get at least some money for him with an adequate replacement...can't withstand all this crap talk around Torres...he is back, he misses, he will never be the same, Torres this, Torres that, Torres dive...bla bla bla bla bla.....bla Even his two goals have been clumsy...but goals are goals, I don't care if he scorers them with his right tit if he scores them... No troll face needed

Just watched the match cuz I couldn't make it last night. Nicely done by the lads and good to see the whole team working like a unit and playing their thing for 90mins. Shame we're out, but shit happens. Let's focus now on pushing for the title and having a good run in FA and CCup. Whole team did well, but Hazard was just brilliant. Hazardous. Nice to see Torres get a good game and I hope he keeps improving because we need all the help we can get. Oriol did well as a deep playmaker, his long passing was rather good. On to the next game....

Not sure if trolling or serious

We'll he's Hulk, he goes where he wants and says what he wants
-
If someone told me 4 years ago that Chelsea will have Torres who will say he wants to stay 4 more years and win many more trophies and that I would be disappointed to hear it - I would laugh in his face

I wasn't active so I won't vote, but I'm really happy to see people struggling to choose 1 person to nominate -
I am hoping that he will finally settle down somewhere because I don't see him going to either Germany or France so all that remains is England. If he does settle down, I don't see why he couldn't do well long term here. For his previous jobs, he was still out there to prove everyone he is the best, but now his point has well been taken. And doing what you wrote with the approach our dear owner has...good fucking luck.

Haha yeah it's probably a software with a database of clubs and players and a button RANDOMIZE. They push it and it throws out a club and a player. Then, marvelous journos write a story that comes from inside sources And what sad is that this is not far from truth...

You say "The team he built remained the same, but there was nothing coming up to supplement or replace that.". Well I say, fucking yeah when Roman sacked his sorry arse... He did build something, and that something remained even after he left the club, even though we were the richest club back then, or the club most willing to spend the money around...that wouldn't happen unless what Jose build wasn't winning and brilliant. And I'm pretty sure he wouldn't return here unless he was given some reassurances or given more freedom then to be simply a coach with the board handling players around...

While Jose does give out an impression like that, I ask of you to look at our squad only until a few years ago. Drogba, Lampard, JT, Essien, Mikel, Cole, Carvalho, Joe Cole, Paulo...even Kalou who we kept for quite a while...all Jose's players or players that flourished under him and they still carried on as the spine of the team. What happened with other managers who came here? They only used them with slight tweaks and only until recently we tried to switch the core of the squad with Ramires, Mata, Eden and Torres. How is that Jose being bad for the future? And yeah, when your side is playing good football that brings trophies, you will have no problems attracting players of all qualities. And when they know they will work with Mourinho? When he came to Real Madrid he didn't make any big crazy signings, but those he made were just the ones RM needed and from a good side he transformed them into a side with one playing one of the sexiest football in Europe. Being a RM coach is probably the most stressful job for a manager there can be. There, trophies are supposed to rain down more often then the fucking rain in England and the royal bosses of RM expect you to eat crap and shit lighting week and week out. I won't even think about how crazy is to manage all the big stars they have, especially when things don't go their way. It's a big test and Jose is doing rather well. And I wouldn't be surprised at all if RM's current bad league run is caused by Jose's massive wish to win the CL. He probably lowered the workload and altered the tactics in order to do the best he can in Europe. Imagine if a manager of Jose's quality decided to finally settle down? Imagine if his decision fell on us? Happy days...

If we could get Huntelaar here for 6m it would be a good piece of business. I am not for big money striker coming in January...gives me such a bad deja vu...would be nice to recall Lukaku also and get another defensive midfielder for a decent price.

I never said things were ideal ... but sometimes it's better to apply slight repairs then to go on a buy a new fucking car that you have no idea how will work ...

What I can't understand is, how can our board and Roman expect us to play fluid attacking football without a deadly striker and with young players who are still adapting to the league, new life and the language? It was always going to take time... Look at Mata in his previous season...he did alright, but now he is simply on a different level. Ramires was nothing special in his 1st season but look at him now? It simply takes time. And now what? We will get awful results, pressure will build up and we will go into panic mode. Teams (read: Atletico Madrid) will pull our balls for money and milk us like cows on a milk farm ... Rafa can't asses the squad in a month ... Robbie has been through hell with those lads and he knew exactly who, how, when and why does something. He kept playing Torres? Well yeah, blondie's confidence was so low that if he was put on a bench he would've sulked so much we could have only used him to carry towels around...this way it was an opportunity to get him going in order to fetch a better price once we decide to sell him... It was so calm with Robbie...he had that look in him that was saying "Everything will be fine" ... now? Anything can happen. What we, as fans can do is to stop creating such a big fuss about everything and start supporting the team like fanatics. They need us now more then ever. I really miss him... Sometimes, football is not about results...there is something much more higher and delicate some people will never understand... Good bye Robbie and thank you for everything. We will never forget what you did for us! I wish you all the best in the future of your career
