If he was going to have a Chelsea career, it was supposed to be when he was our player. Buying him back for shitload of money is purely idiotic. Perhaps we made some kind of a deal with Benfica though when we sold him, like 3rd party ownership maybe. They did announce they signed Markovic on 5 year deal when we know he is in Zahavi's ownership and that Partizan's president said he basically sold him to Chelsea. We have a history with Benfica and transfers so who knows... Maybe we can buy him back for something reasonable while Benfica would announce they sold him for something higher? They will make profit on Matic anyway since they got him for free basically anyway. Chelsea are demanding Benfica pay £40m for Fernando Torres

1. I've actually never trained football even though I have talent and love it the most in the world. I will give it a shot from 1st of August despite being 19 and people telling me it's lost cause 2. I write in my free time. I sent a text to a competition few days ago, hoping I can at least reach 3rd place

No problem, I enjoy when people quote me and challenge my posts

I haven't said Eden is better as n10, especially in our team when we have someone like Mata for that position. I only said that he prefers playing there which he said some time ago I agree, he is doing really well on the LW.

Well sure, it could work, but right wing isn't the best position for Mata. I mean Juan is a very smart player with brilliant technique and intelligence meaning he can always pull of some amazing stuff, but he doesn't have enough agility and speed as Hazard for example to cause havoc on the wing, and not only that, but I am actually disappointed a bit with his speed and agility considering his age and size. With Mata's desire to move around the pitch and influence play, he would leave that RW empty from time to time also. Oscar's best position is the #10 though, I do agree on that, but Mata is simply a better player at the moment, so the choice isn't that difficult when it comes to that position in our team. But I'm surprised that lots of people look at our offensive midfielders so tactically strictly because Oscar, Mata and Eden enjoy rotating and changing positions between each other. Just cuz Oscar started on the RW doesn't mean his role for the game is to stay there for the whole game and send crosses in. He drops centrally a lot, combines passes with other players and tries to confuse the opposition which had worked rather nicely on some occasions during his time here. It is a shame though that we have 3 brilliant players in Mata, Oscar and Hazard and all of them prefer playing as #10

Welcome to Chelsea mate!! All the best!

Why the fuck is his mom talking about him and his future? Yeah yeah...money bla bla...it's not about that, it's about some of our fans who seem to look to the club as if it's inferior to some others...

Benfica say they signed him for 5 years while on the other side, the president of Partizan, Dragan Djuric, comes out and says Translating an article published on all sports medias here: "They could have announced he signed even a 15 years deal, that's their thing. We are not interested in that. We are interested in his next transfer, because we will have 20% of it." After they question with whom he made such deal we got the following answer: "With Chelsea." Haven't you sold Markovic to the investment fond of Pini Zahavi? "Well that's that...that investment fond is Chelsea's agency whose director is Pini Zahavi. When Markovic gets sold again, we get our share of 20%. This is why I can say Partizan made a great deal, we did good bussiness" - Djuric added. I'm really hoping this is true. The talk is that we sent him on a 2 season loan at Benfica with whom media report we have great relationship and that after that we will decide about his future. I can't say anything more because simply there isn't any other information about Lazar...obviously Benfica wouldn't publish such a deal because it's not done that way in the world of football, but since Lazar was sold to Zahavi some time ago, I wouldn't be surprised at all if this is all true.

What really annoys me from some people is how they seem to have this lower club syndrome...dafuq WHY WOULDN'T CAVANI WANT TO COME HERE? At the moment, we are the most attractive team for a player, especially for a striker. Why? Weak strikeforce in which Cav would kick ass.Besides that, it's London, and I don't think I've ever heard a Chelsea player complain about life in London. We compete for all trophies and we win them on regular basis, something only Manu, Bayern and Barca do.Fergie retired, Bale will probably leave meaning Manu and Tottenhem will be weaker = less competitionWe have the most talented squad and that is a fact. Lukaku - the most talented striker at the moment with really fearsome potential.Hazard, Oscar, De Bruyne - most talented along with Gotze and Neymar.Azpilicueta - best young RB in the world.Courtois - best young GK in the worldRich ass owner.Currently best manager in the world - ready to stay long term and settle for the first time in his career. And yet people come here claiming we have no chance competing with Real and City? Oh bug off... If I was Cavani, I would pick Chelsea because of the PL, because of the profile of players we have and because of Mourinho. It won't be difficult for Can to establish himself here and become an icon at SW6. I would want that fierce competition you get in the PL, I would want to face off PL defenders and show 'em they ain't as good they think they are. I wouldn't pick Real because of the 2 horse race and all that pressure that follows you even when you're taking a shit...I wouldn't pick Real because I would have to play with Ronaldo who would take half of my balls and make me less influential in the overall play.

I want commentators like that in England!!
-
If we were really interested we would've bought him no problem. Besides, I believe that at least half of the stories were made up by the media in order to increase his price and name across the Europe which it obviously did.
-
They can sign all 3 of 'em, but Bayern and Barca will still kick their ass
-
Go home FIFA you're drunk!! (played it last night )

Lazar Markovic was sold to Pini Zahavi meaning Partizan had no influence to where he was going. Benfica is pretty much a perfect place for Lazar to continue his development and I'm really happy he hasn't made a step to a bigger league like PL. But as a fan I'm disappointed...because in a few years when he fires up the Europe Benfica will ask insane amount of money for him and only then will we be interested...but I won't get carried away, he needs regular football now and he wouldn't get that at Chelsea. Deporting him on loans wouldn't aid his development that much.. So good luck Lazar!
-
Blah blah blah Don't worry Andres, I'm pretty sure you'll face Mou again
-
I do agree about Lukaku, he still has work to do with his head technique, but he is still a powerful presence in the box even now.
