Turan transfer can turn out bad yeah, but he's full of experience and is mature enough to handle the mental pressure of PL and Jose's management. Having Hazard, Oscar, Willian, Cuadrado and Turan competing for 3 am positions is a great balance of everything - age, pace and technique. We definitely are in for a winger/am and is we can't sign Griezmann then besides Turan I can't really see a suitable player we could bring that would be a low risk low money transfer. 20m pounds for Turan is fair money, just the right price for clubs to agree on. As of Reus I don't know as nothing is being reported on him for a while.

Weren't things like that forbidden? Aren't Roma supposed to agree the fee with ManCity and the get their PERMISSON to talk to their player?

I completely agree with the thread, we must not repeat the transfer dealings and approach of 2010/2011 after winning the league. We had a miserable season and God knows how we were second in the league. There s no hunger from players, no magic, no energy.. It was painful watching us. All teams in PL will reinforce a lot and will also look to make our lives miserable. I feel we should bring 4 players at least : GK (Begovic) Fullback DM (Song, Schneiderlin) CF (Falcao) But then again that's just to KEEP our squad depth as Cech, Mikel, Luis and Drogba are all (almost) gone. The names mentioned shouldn't cost that much so I feel we can also go in for another big name deal.

If we enter the season with strikeforce of Costa, Remy and Falcao then it's a great deal. If it makes Remy leave them we lost a great player only to bring a player on big wage who is past it, then it's an bad outcome and we are left with o ly 1 striker considering we don't own Falcao.

I don't think our fans should be afraid about selling Oscar unless it's for the Pogba transfer. You forget Mourinho benched Mata because of him, he trusts in the lad. If Oscar fails to deliver next season though them I think all of us would be very disappointed and he could leave in the next summer.

A question to those of you who follow Real more. Was Mourinho the one to move Ramos from RB position to CB? He'd be a good transfer for Manu. They need big characters in the back and proven players. Could be overrated but he's still much better then their centrebacks.

Waiting for Falcao to arrive in London?

I watched this lad a lot for Partizan and can say he's a great striker and talent. Decent at everything but his best quality is the air play, aggression, Confidence and strength. That said I hope we don't sign him because we have 2 very talented players for striker position,and I'm fairly sure we're linked to increase the price.

Well really when your first DM sub is rumored to leave and your hear only some Arabian club is interested that speaks volumes about how much your player is rated by others. If he leaves I really hope we get an adequate replacement because we would be left with only Matic as a DM. Perhaps Romeu can make a return or Van Ginkel.
