I thought I'd receive a bit of backlash from that Shawcross comment. I think he's a good defender, but lacks discipline. I'm not sure why Pulis hasn't controlled that yet, maybe he is? But when he's got a cool head he's a very good defender. Can read the game well & will mark his man. lentherussian - There's no use in talking about the Ramsey incident, such things happen in football.. Alex was my man of the match, solid as usual. Mikel was more attack minded than he's been in a while which was encouraging to see, a high defensive line allowed for this to happen. Risky ploy, but Terry & Alex are quick and tough so they did well to cope.

Yeah. To be honest, the only "difference" I saw was a sharper Torres & high defensive line. Need to see the new squad additions soon..

Bosingwa was brilliant today. I was well glad at his performance today, he's got a bit of work to do on his crossing but he made way less mistakes than we're used to. Good on him.
