  1. February 2009? Why have we just seen her now?
  2. Exactly. They do this purposely. What was the need to ask him about Pardew's comments at that PC, when it's about the City game. Fair enough he could've avoided answering, but they're purposely trying to get him riled. When Fergie does it, it gets so underreported.
  3. Thanks for the votes. Anyone out of the current list could win this, everyone deserves it.
  4. Hahaha, well it's how Sturridge got his credit. No-one care, much, for him (mainly because of Josh McEachran's rise) while he was in reserves, but now look. Lukaku will follow the same pattern, as long as he keeps his calm in the wait.
  5. AVB annoyed by Pardew http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/7368250/ we've gone from one extreme, with media-shy Carlo, to the other!
  6. Haha hear, hear. Drogba for now. Then someone else, till Lukaku's ready.
  7. Exactly. Both Drogba & Sturridge have managed to get Mata's excellent delivery and be able to score. So it's not like service is as weak as we make out. Torres has failed to also capitalise on this, failed to use his strength to get past defenders. (for those who don't believe he has strength, reference his goal in the Euro 2008 final).
  8. Nah. I prefer mine Sturridge's pace would be ideal to play him out wide. Drogba to lead the line for now, till we seek out a better long-term replacement (or use Lukaku). Mata, in the hole, behind that line to be a real no10.
  9. Lol what? It'd be.. Lavezzi - Drogba - Sturridge --------------Mata------------------
  10. Fair enough. I saw glimpses, but not a constant desire. Which worries me.. Because he's the type to totally disappear when things aren't going well.
  11. Harry Redknapp & Mancini have both told him to shut up, more or less..
  12. Your optimism in him, is greater than mine then. I see no desire from him, I just see him doing this as a 'job'. Unlike when he was at Leti & Liverpool.
  13. It's still valid. Because in the time he did play, and start, which was during the first few months of this season, he did the "1 step forward, 2 backwards" phase. Then André then stuck with him, even after he got himself sent off. Drogba's been biding his time. Yes he put in some pathetic performances when coming off the bench, but when we finally needed him, he came through. Now Torres is giving the same poor attitude when he's called upon, and he continues to show no passion or interest in the game. I don't blame him. This was a the wrong move for his career, and I believe if he went back to Spain he's find that passion back.
  14. That's the biggest factor, rather than lack of goals.
  15. His signing would be better, for us, than Cavani
  16. You answered your own question (check the parts I bolded in your post)
  17. Here's that goal Conor scored. Selected the Fleetwood 2-2 Yeovil Town highlights. http://www.itv.com/sport/football/facup/matchhighlights/2011-12secondroundhighlights/
  18. Speaking of German's. André was asked today about a deal for Khedira. He didn't directly dismiss it
