Feel a lot of this is on Enzo. Every 'big name' club he has us playing pathetically passively. Even against Utd he set us up for a draw and bar a great strike would've had us losing there. 
Too many games this season we take the lead and then step off and try to 'manage the game'. On top of that his ability to see a shift in a balance of the game only happens after 1 or 2 goals have been conceded. 
 

Wouldn't mind another heavy loss here if this gets the owner to rethink Poch

At my previous Chelsea fan site, I had predicted Tuchel would not last more than 2 seasons at Bayern.
I had explained it was because Tuchel is a control freak who, like Mourinho and Conte, values (defensive) organization of the team above all else to the detriment of creativity and initiative-taking of his players. They start off like a house on fire but peter out and start playing like robots bereft of freedom to improvise and afraid to make mistakes. It happens to them ALL the time and their teams implode. So no, thanks  
Poch is at the opposite side of the spectrum. No organization and intensity. Just initiative and freedom. Add a loser’s mentality unlike the guys above.

Two years ago Arsenal was not on the map.
Management versus c*ntery.

Rudiger was also bad, but with Tuchel and right direction he went Chinese wall.. 
Its all to the coach and his managing.. 
And thanks to Cole Palmer we are in this position, not the coach! How many times he saved us, count the points he gave us and see where we would be without it.. 
Next issue, season is at its end we still dont have some sort of team play.. If someone make some miracle (most of times Cole Palmer) thats it! No atacking patterns, no defensive ones, nothing. Our press is terrible and even Championship teams when press us, we cant organise as team and pass the press.. Also our physical fitness and endurance iant great either. 
I cant see what we had trained whole summer.. 

I thought this up until a month ago where I started asking questions like: 
What patterns of play am I seeing? 
Does the manager make impactful substitutions? 
Does the manager recognise when we start losing consistency and allowing the other team to come onto us? 
Can the manager drop players who desperately need dropping and not just plod along with them (Caicedo and before that Sanchez)? 
Can the manager maintain attacking output if we begin to tire and not revert to going into a defensive shell? 
Can the manager this season get us fit so we can run teams off the park as we are only playing domestic competitions? 
Do I see improvements in the players we had last season? 
Every answer to the above was no. Potter got a lot of complaints but at least I saw patterns of play. Additionally, last year was a lot worse in terms of managing the squad because of the moronic Jan spree we went on. In addition, I think all the players that were here last season are worse than they were last season - Cucu maybe the only exception. 
For me, I just cannot see what he does well and I know there are other managers out there that could at least do one of the above.
 

This team would be fighting for the Top 5 if we had a competent coach.

Poor coaching moves all in quick succession and mostly unsuccessful transfers are the obvious culprits here.  But couple that with what appears to be acceptance that these results are ok because there's a much bigger 'plan' in place and you have a real problem. 

This stat validates what I have been saying and observed. 
It is usually against the lowly teams. They start the game with low presssing and intensity. Get into halftime, their manager lights a fuse up their backsides. They come out with energy, pressing us and dominating while we do not respond because pressing is a team effort and our team have not been coached to or instructed. Added that to the complete lack organization where our players are marking space and not people - the opponents have the time and space to make their lack of talent, compared to ours, count. It happens almost every game. It is insane.
It happened yesterday for recent memory. The only difference is we drew rather than lost the game. And some losers would call that a solid point. 

If Caicedo is so poor, why was Liverpool also willing to spend over £100 million on him?
Personally I think the problem is that he's gone from an organised team, where he knew exactly what his teammates would be doing, into a disjointed one where they seem to be making things up as they go along.

They are so lost they do not see it. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again. 
And when the players come good they instantly forget all the invectives they spewed at them.
 

The champions league winning team he won it. Likes of Jorginho and Rudiger we're called trash players before he came in, absolutely everyone wanted them gone.

It truly beggars belief.
I guess some people enjoy pain and not being No.1. 

A top class manager wouldn’t need carrying and you’d at least see signs of good play, there’s been nothing to suggest poch is heading in the right direction. I’m not just talking about the lineup , it’s the awful tactics , no pressing , too much space between the midfielders etc 
it makes sense to give someone like klopp time given his track record , but not serial losers like poch or nothing managers like potter 
you can opt for patience when you actually hire someone good 

if you have already hired a top manager with a proven track record then yes, why would you suddenly choose to be patient with some loser who never won anything? could have kept lampard with that logic and not won the CL

Ian Maatsen went immediately to win young player of the month. Pulisic and even Ruben Cheek are playing well at Milan. Under good management these players would flourish and that is when to properly judge them.
 
We have been desperately unlucky with having Frank, Potter and Poch in as mangers in succession. Get a good manager and watch these guys perform to their talents and above.
 

Yet - yet… Xabi Alonso took over at Leverkusen second from bottom with a quarter of the season played and has broken records in his second season.
All what has been seen is stagnation and regression.

Our best game last season was the one vs Liverpool - only game managed by Bruno Saltor. 

0% chance we win the FA cup , better to go out early on and show Poch the door 

Yeah, we have seen many times yesterday our 'two-man' press, just to be bypassed easily because rest of the team was so far away. And there were many isntances were players were arguing with each other after unsuccesfull press atemp.

It was just our very last game - the Man City game - he made substitutions that handed the initiative and the game completely to Man City with 20minutes to play - rather than play toe to toe - that led to their equalizer.
Is it any surprise he has given the initiative away in the very next game - against inexperienced kids?
The man is a loser and a footballing dinosaur. He has no place in top flight modern football.
 

He really hasn’t learned a thing from his time off of management. Still reactive. Still concedes matches. Still poor tactical discipline. 
I dread the rest of the season.

We have Endo, Elliott, Gravenberch, Bradley, Adrian, Gomez, Tsimikas, Clark, McConnell, Koumas, Danns, Quansah, Nyoni of Liverpool giving our multimillion pound team a game and some people say our team is inexperienced and young that is why they underperform.
 
Alex Ferguson made the likes of Nicky Butt, Darren Fletcher, Park, Gary Neville, Dennis Irwin look like world beaters - just like Klopp does with his players  Who has this coach improved? 
 
 
 

For me what is worst is he looks VERY relaxed.
With Frankie - who was out of his depth -, and even Tuchel, Conte… you could see the stress on their faces when things were not going well. You could see they cared - trying to figure out how to get things right. We suffered together with them  
This guy is a loser who doesn’t really care. He doesn’t deserve us. It’s like being in a loveless relationship.
