I love Neville overall, but he does still seem to slag off Chelsea with his Manc gob at times.

Mario Mandzukic retiring has fucked the Croats, plus a lot of injuries.

3 nil Spain, 35 minutes in, Asensio 2 goals, just destroying them.

Spain are shredding Croatia apart.

And people wonder why I pickeded Saul as one of my two pipe dream players in my February Blue Dream, lolol. He is a fucking beast. I would take him over any CMF in the world atm, SMS included. (He is 6 years younger than Kroos, only 3 months older than SMS)

PSG boss Thomas Tuchel warns Chelsea and Juventus off star midfielder https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-6155511/PSG-boss-Thomas-Tuchel-warns-Chelsea-Juventus-Adrien-Rabiot.html I am not even sure if he is a Sarriball player, tbh We NEED to sign Kovacic on a perm basis Sergej Milinkovic-Savic is out of our price range, unless we sell Eden for a monster price (and even then we need a LW to replace Eden and a RW) sorry UJ, this is one big boy we disagree on to a point, for a MF (after Kovavcic is in the pocket) we need to sell Baka, Cesc, DRINKWATER Then I would rather us go for Amadou Haidara (my first choice and a bargain atm, has biggest upside of any below perhaps) or Bryan Cristante or Roberto Gagliardini (by far better than Vecino, his Inter teammate we were chasing due to Sarri previously coaching him) or Rúben Neves (I think Shitty make a huge move for him, Pep has the shakes n' sweats over him and Julian Weigl) or Piotr Zielinski (De Laurentiis will have to assume room temp first though) or Nicolò Barella or Lorenzo Pellegrini or Youri Tielemans and at AMF Talisca or Kai Havertz or Carlos Soler

Chelsea midfielder emerges as target for two of Serie A’s biggest clubs
Vesper replied to James's topic in Chelsea Articles
Simple If AC Milan wants him Cesc + £25m for Romagnoli or Cesc plus £15m for Suso If Inter wants him they gotta work a deal where we toss them a shit load of quid plus Cesc for Icardi I would be also open to a swap Fabregas + £15m for Roberto Gagliardini -
LOLOL at the pro De Gea faction in here. He has been in a 4 to 6 month slump, and he is a fucking loyal Manc cunt. Fuck him. If they want to rage on something, this is the PERFECT angle to showfucking Luiz lazziness and ball watching shite.

I am over the moon that we got Kepa, the only reason he was not the number one (after Oblak said NO to us) legit option the whole time is that for months, the Spanish press had erroneously reported his release clause in his contract at 150m euro,AND he told Real Madrid no. I went into the reason for that (Basque issues v Madrid) extensively elsewhere. Real wanted him more than De Gea or Courtois, that must tell you something. That said, there were other great alternatives out there (long run ones, not some dodgy inside deal that went down on the Rui Patrício to Wolves free transfer after the Sporting nightmare implosion) I only list ones we had a shot at (and either bollocksed up (Meret, Donnarumma, etc, where we waited too long) or didn't even make offers ie.Strakosha, etc Thomas Strakosha 23yo Lazio (was my number one choice all along (again becuase I was working off wrong figure for Kepa) ZERO clue why we made no approach, I think he is superb (and young, 5 months younger than Kepa even) Top 10 in world keeper atm (So is Kepa, I will not back down on either) Alex Meret 21yo (Napoli stole him for only £19.8m, I think he is equal to or better , potentially, than Donnarumma, only 21, already a great keeper) Gianluigi Donnarumma 19yo He wanted out, said he would come here (we were one of 5 places he listed, RM, Juve, Chelsea, PSG, Bayern, if they said he would be starter) but we waited, waited, then the yank hedge fund took control of AC Milan and he decided to stay, as they gave assurances of backing the club with massive cash Alban Lafont 19yo, but now a 4 year starter in top flight football, great upside, all the tools, tall as well, Fiorentina STOLE him for only £7.65m from FC Toulouse Alphonse Areola 25yo, PSG, 1.95cm, lots of yapping about him via our GK coach the last few days, really solid player, I rate him the new French starter very soon Mattia Perin 25 yo, Juve bought him after Donnarumma said he was staying, had a bad injury, but now fully fit again, I think will perhaps become Juve starter Also decent but not quite at the above level Sergio Rico, Gerónimo Rulli, André Onana (22yo from Ajax, great athlete, but a bit of a bad egg in dressing room and public, as he RIPPED into club and coach, otherwise he would be in top 6,7) Jasper Cillessen (only reason he isn't in the top 6 is he is 30yo in the spring) and Anthony Lopes

My heart is set on him too. As an inverted RW (his favoured position). I do not see Barca selling Dembele now, and if they did, certainly not under the sub £100m price range (which I think they MIGHT have taken early in the window). Kylian Mbappé would be £250m, probably £300m, so that is never going to happen. Bale is 30yo before next season, so he is officially off all lists for me (never really was on due to cost) (Shitty are not going to sell Sterling or Bernard Silva (or my REAL wish at LW, Sane) ANY time soon. I won't even get into Salah cock up, lol, that's water under dam by now. That leaves best remotely available RW options (in order) Leon Bailey Christian Pulisic Federico Bernardeschi David Neres (wonderful young (21yo) player for Ajax) then drop down Suso (I see him more as a Pedro replacement squad player) Wilfried Zaha (just renewed though, insanely overpriced) Iñaki Williams Ángel Correa Cristian Pavón Florian Thauvin (many hate him here, I think he is massively better now) Steven Bergwijn (PSV, 20yo, massive upside) Pablo Sarabia Marcel Sabitzer Rony Lopes Maxwel Cornet then another drop down Cengiz Ünder Allan Saint-Maximin Domenico Berardi Samu Castillejo Yann Karamoh Nicolas Pépé Wild Card - Malcom (IF Dembele goes nuclear, maybe Malcom will not like being a bench warmer, BUT he will cost FAR more than the £37m Barca paid for him (which we could have had him for TOO and Sold Willian to Barca for £65m) I will not get over that for a LONG time. LW (this is if Hazard leaves mostly) Marco Asensio (included in a RM deal for Eden) Federico Chiesa (if we had him and Bailey, we have 2 wingers who can absolutely play either side or switch during a game to add confusion) Vinícius Júnior (included in a RM deal for Eden, I would almost rather have him than Asensio, he has massive, huge upside, is potential the best player long run on Real Madrid, he can play RW too) Mikel Oyarzabal (just renewed to 2024, but still, only 21yo and a crazy technical player, would be a MONSTER in Sarriball and can play inverted RW, like Bailey) then a drop down Julian Draxler Kingsley Coman Julian Brandt Hirving Lozano Paulinho (Bayer Leverkusen 18yo, potential superstar) Keita Baldé another drop down Ante Rebic Franco Cervi Pione Sisto Wild Card Anthony Martial (I look at him as a striker for us, NOT a LW, although obviously he can play there too) Transfermarkt is really bad at labelling some wingers. They list Bailey as a LW, and Chiesa as RW, when they mostly play the opposite side.

CIES Football Observatory: Paid transfers economic check-up: Courtois best recruitment http://www.football-observatory.com/IMG/sites/b5wp/2018/232/en/ The first CIES Football Observatory Weekly Post of the 2018/19 season assesses from an economic perspective paid transfers having taken place during last summer. It highlights that Thibaut Courtois went to Real Madrid for a much lower amount than the estimated fair price (-€23 M). Conversely, Chelsea FC paid over the odds to recruit his substitute: Kepa Arrizabalaga (+€45 M). The fair price corresponds to the average between the estimated cost for the most likely buyer before the transfer and the current transfer value. Both figures were calculated using the exclusive CIES Football Observatory algorithm. The correlation between fees estimated and reported for players transferred for money from big-5 league teams during last transfer window was 75%. Rodri Hernández, Bryan Cristante, Fabinho Tavares and Clément Lenglet are alongside Thibaut Courtois in the top five for the best operations from an engaging club perspective. For Rodri and Lenglet, the existence of a release clause helped recruiting teams to sign them at a favourable price. As for Kepa Arrizabalaga, the CIES Football Observatory analysis reveals that releasing teams negotiated very well the transfers of Riyad Mahrez, Thilo Kehrer, Yerry Mina and Alex Meret. I have some disagreements here Fabinho for the Scousers has been a bust so far, he may turn it around, but in no way is he a great buy at the price they paid. Ludicrous 'fair price' valuation on Kepa. ZERO chance he is only worth £32m, in a market where £90m was rebuffed by AM for Oblak, and Alisson goes for £67m. They rated the Scousers paying £67m for Alisson as a GREAT buy! They are all over the place. Also they UNDERRATED how much we got arsed on Courtois. £55m fair market value is far too low. Another GK who they ludicrously under-value (even worse that Kepa) is Alex Meret. They say fair market was £6.3m! LOLOL And that Napoli got shivved by paying £20m. He is only 21, already a superb GK, I think he might end up surplanting Donnarumma soon as the Italian national team keeper. Insane to say he is only worth 6.3m quid. Thilo Kehrer at only £15m is another joke. Same for Cancelo at £20m, Alvaro Odriozola at only £25m and Javier Pastore at only £6.5m. Pastore only just turned 29 (so 2,3 good years left) and is already tearing up Serie A for Roma. At least they rated fairly 3 of my favourite targets: Rodri (the next Busquets for sure), Bryan Cristante (super young Italian MF, who, if we get arsed on Kovacic, we seriously need to look at), and Clément Lenglet (another superb young CB, with insane distribution talent who we could have had for almost £20m LESS than we offered for Rugani.

Losing £40m plus on Courtois Being bent over by multiple Italian teams on multiple players 3 straight summer windows to point where window is nigh shut and we then do desperation buys. Drinkwater (perfect example of above) De Bruyne sale. I wont even mention Salah or Lukaku. Striker issues for 2 straight years: (Costa, Morata, Lukaku, Icardi fail when could have had him for £30 to £45m under market this July, Bats loan, etc). Turning down £65m for a 30yo Willian, not buying Malcom, who Barca then bought for only £37m.Or buying Bailey for roughly what we would have gotten for Willian. I could go on, and on, but numpty cunt quotient is more than filled on those alone.
-
Malcom was purchased by Barca for £37m, ZERO chance Suso is worth more. He is a good Pedro replacement as a squad player for depth, but no way is a force of nature on the right side which we need. Bailey IS. Bailey wants to come here. We need Bailey. If we want to talk about a swap plus cash for an AC Milan player, let's talk about Alessio Romagnoli or even Patrick Cutrone or new boy Mattia Caldara. Franck Kessie as well, especially if Kovacic is yanked back by Real (although there are many others I would rather have than Kessie, even if he is a better player than Bakayoko, which he is).

I want Ratcliffe as owner. This Tory threat to Roman is 100% real deal. If it goes wobbly, it could destroy us for years. I am deep into politics. Zero I say is a joke in regards to this.
-
Goodbye posts are not legally binding. Real is by far the biggest club in the world (fuck Barca and Manure). They can easily rape us over him. They raped us on Courtois. I do not trust at all that he is ours other than this year.

Upgrades only come if we sell the fucking deadwood, so sick of seeing the same shit names, its RUTHLESS time in my book

Agreed. We have a destroyer of a MF, and it is deep. NOW WE NEED TO MAKE KOVACIC PERM!!!! I will lose my mind if we lose him. Same for CHO!!! Both will be world class cornerstones for years to come.
