I won't be relived until we manage to properly replace Costa (Belotti) and secure depth/upgrade on our wingbacks. 

He is a complete striker, superb poacher that scores almost the same amount with both feet and head. When you watch from 4:30 (dribbling and skills), his turn of pace and strength to launch attacks on his own like Tevez, is just what we need. He has hunger and a good kind of aggression as well, wich in my opinion makes him a safer bet then Morata etc.

Honestly, I really hope we manage to sign Belotti. He impressed me much more then Lukaku and Morata. His hunger, movement, finishing, versatility and overall energy are amazing. He reminds me of prime Falcao with his goals and how he starts running to celebrate the moment after he scores. It could be that Conte wants him rather then Morata and Lukaku so that's why the delay.

I'll actually be relieved if he ends up at Utd

Getting Belotti instead of Lukaku would be like getting a Ferrari instead of a Tico.

I don't agree with this. Never have agreed with it and I never will. Goals are obviously an important part of a striker's role, but to say that role is all about goals is equivalent to saying that a centre back's role is all about planting the ball into row Z. Every player has more than one function to perform for his team, and each of them is important.
Part of the reason Messi scores so many goals is the fantastic contribution he makes to Barca's build up. He makes his team more efficient in possession and not only he himself, but his teammates too, reap the rewards.
Someone at the top of the shape who has the technical quality to receive, retain and redistribute possession is a difference maker for a team. Look what Suarez did for Liverpool. We shouldn't forget either that a player who is good at retaining possession also improves his team defensively. Even if such a player contributes fewer goals personally, his team will finish up with more points.
Rom is often labled a good target man but he isn't. The ball bounces off him too often. (As has too frequently been the case with Diego recently of course.) If Diego is to leave, I want his replacement to be an outstanding technician.

His pace would be a huge threat to any defence that pushes up high and his linkup play is superior to Lukaku and Costa. Hazard is already playing very close to Costa most of the time, so it's not like Mbappe would be isolated as our striker.

I would only consider selling him if we bought Isco or Verratti as a replacement. We need to have atleast one creative option in our central midfield, because there are to many teams in PL that are happy to "park the bus" and get one point of us.
