1. Buying a keeper based on their ability to save penalties is absolute nonsense.
2. Jan Oblak has a better penalty save percentage than David de Gea, Manuel Neuer, Thibaut Courtois,Keylor Navas, Gianluigi Buffon, ter-Stegen and Alison.
