What i would like between January and this summer: a fullback is a must, and the sooner the better (January), a left back would be ideal (Gaya) otherwise a right back (Fabinho) Two CB in my opinion, (one now, the other in summer possibly?) who do we have right now? Cahill and Zouma? Terry should stay, but his playing time will be reduced of course, there are rumours about Marquinhos, i wouldn't mind, maybe we should try again for Stones. Laporte would be adream. A DM (summer) is a must, competition for Matic, and we can get rid of Mikel finally. I'm a fan of Carvalho, so there's him, i'm not aware of another really standout dm. A creative midfielder (summer) here we finally need to splas the cash for real if we have any ambition. Koke, Neves, Gundogan, Gomes i don't care who, someone. Another forward (summer): Aboubakar or Paco.

What angers me the most about this season, is that this should've been so different, i had such high hopes, title winning team, it was the perfect platform to make the next step, a step similar to the one between the 2013-2014 and 2014-2015 seasons, add a few players and start showing up seriously in europe, like we did between 2004-2009 and have a decent title defending season, possibly winning it again. Instead now we're back to square 1, defence to rewrite from scratch, a midfield that need heavy injections and a very poor bench. Manager that is going to be sacked soon, sadly i might add, but let's face the facts, unless a miracle occurs, or the board and Abramovich really, really, really, really changed their approach, he isn't going to last for much longer. All of it is very much sad. I might be cynical, but i don't see us winning against stoke and liverpool, our level right now is below them, sufficient enough to beat the likes of Aston Villa, Maccabi and Walsall. And Arsenal. But what can i say, whatever happens, i try to keep it positive, this is just one season, and as bad as it's being it's still early days, as they say, hope is the last to die.

Let's bring back Sacchi or Saf back from retirement.

I disagree with this, and i think it's unfair to Willian, while Hazard carried the attack for the second part of last season, the team was still functional, we didn't leak goals, the defence was on form, and while the midfield had its shortcomings it still held up decently, so Hazard didn't work so much alone as people make it out to be, again he carried the whole attack, but the team was functional. On the other hand, this season, Willian has been outstanding, one of his fk goals put has ahead against soton, other times reopened the match (sorry can't recall all of them right now) but if the team isn't fuctional around him, there's very little he can do about it.

Sadly, what has happened today was inexcusable, obviously the pressure is on him, whether he acknowledges it or not, as our friend Supporter explained so eloquently, he just needs to drop all of this and start focusing on football, because right now we need José the manager, not José the figther. I am at a loss of words for whatever it is happening at the club. Never i've seen such an inexplicable loss of form and confidence. Right now i imagine the whole club as the manor of the Addams Family with a big dark cloud on top of it and thunders appearing from time to time, and that is not good. The theory i have, is that the players are drained out and running on their emergency fuel, both physically and mentally, maybe last season was too much for them, and now they just won't hit form. But it's just an opinion and sometime it doesn't even hold water for myself. How much i would love to see what's happening behind the scenes.

I get the point of what he's saying, but....saying that we need to make decision with our brains and then suggesting Hiddink is contradictory at the very least. He has done lots at the club, so did Mourinho, but i think he's past it, being as respectful to Hiddink as i can be.
