  1. I think you care too much about it, it's football, rival fans will always take the piss out of other fans and so on and so on, i think it's part of the fun as well. Arsenal were beaten by a team fighting relegation.
  2. I think everyone will use handkerchiefs if he gets sacked, one way or another............
  3. Diego was ruined by Juve to an extent, the last day of the season before his transfer they were already hyping him as the new savior of Juventus (i think was in their second or first season back in top flight) the hype went on and on and on, and they had Ferrara as their manager, he actually started very well in his first game against Roma, i think it was a goal and an assist, but the hype was just too much, it was quite unfair. I think Adriano would be a contender for topping that list. Most of the people who said "we have Moses, we don't need Neymar" were just in denial.
  4. And then he walks away like a angry turkey.
  5. Arsenal being top of the league and then see the title snatched by the spurs in the last 3 days would be hilarious.
  6. Yes, based on the way we play now, i feel that would be the logical solution. However my main concern would be, as you pointed out, Oscar lack of physical strength in a cm position, but giving a try wouldn't hurt, i always thought both players would make decent cm options.
  7. that is really interesting, but i would use them the other way around, Oscar as number 10 and Willian as cm. Oscar, if in form could press high up the pitch and create something interesting for the wings/striker, while i think Willian would be perfect to take the ball high up the pitch and be more of a presence in midfield. Any thoughts about that?
  8. Some of the things he does are questionable to say the least, and no one of sane minds is going to defend him for those things. However, most people, just like you, go too far from what is the reality, some comments i've seen in here about him, can be appropriate for criminals, or serious offenders, not a football manager, who at least from what we know is not a drug dealer/murderer/pimp. I don't like Guardiola, i don't like Ronaldo, i don't like Rodgers or others, but disrespect them as people? That's a step too far from what is the reality, or what really matters in this world.
  9. That's just wrong dude. You don't even know him personally.
  10. You know our situation is doomed when i agree with zolayes
  11. Sadly i don't see that happening, not the supporters bit, but the appointing a not so well known coach. Or if it would happen it would be AVB all over again, run of bad results and he's gone as quick as he came. I consider a miracle the fact that Mourinho hasn't been sacked yet, but when/if he's sacked, it's going to be because the board will want immediate results to climb up the table and cut our losses as much as possible, that is much more likely to happen with a well known coach than someone from league 2. (At least from a business point of view, of course a league 2 manager could be very well capable of that feat) Also the moment when/if Mourinho is sacked i believe the board won't take into consideration towards who the fans are going to be more patient, as they would just keep José in the first place. At the end of the day, it would be really nice to have an unknown coach, give him time, and see him build something out of this team, but in the eventuality of a sack that's just won't be an option in that moment, unless it's going to happen in the summer.
  12. Branislav Ivanovic is wanted by Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini. The 31-year-old will be a free agent in the summer when his Chelsea contract expires and Mancini is already plotting to take him to the San Siro. His interest in the defender has been relayed and the Italian giants are hopeful that a deal can be struck. Ivanovic, who has suffered an alarming dip in form this season, had hoped to earn a new deal under Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge. But Chelsea’s policy when it comes to players over the age of 30 is that contract extensions will not be discussed until the February of the final year of their deal. If the decision is taken not to offer him a new contract then Inter will be waiting to snap him up. Apologies for the long post
  13. I would take anything over Rodgers, hell i'd take back the FSW before him, i realy really couldn't handle him as our manager. And his almost league winning season was all down to Suarez if you ask me.
  14. Are you guys really considering Rodgers? please no, if we go down that route just appoint JT as manager-player.
  15. I just want the Diego from last season, fucking beast.
  16. Your bias against Mourinho is so hard, that you go as far as practically insulting the fans for chanting his name.
  17. We wasted our chances, we concede and then stopped playing football. As simple as that.
  18. I knew that post from MrBlueguy was coming the same as every time we concede. He just can't help himself.
  19. I just hope it won't be yet another Torres scenario, i think that the people in our board have some long term memory issue, won't learn from their past mistakes. I feel like this is the second time in a row after winning a league that we've been denied the chance to become a truly top top football team. Which is so damning when one thinks about it.
  20. Ivanovic is the reincarnation of Cafù, you know nothing!
  21. Today's criticism towards him is justified i believe. Before HT he just dived, he could've scored easily from where he dived, together with that, he was everywhere except the penalty box, we had no presence in front of their net. Needs to be sorted out as this isn't the first time either.
