We don't even have the players for a proper park the bus, our defence is old and slow, our midfield lacks positioning and is light weight, our attack is full of tiny players who can't find the net regularly (Hazard, Willian) and should be played with a 4-4-2 not a lame 4-2-3-1 an useless and unbalacend system. Not any coach can play "park the bus" because they don't know the first thing about defending without the ball. Unless you think, parking the bus means committing all the players behind the ball without any proper plan, then yes, anyone can play park the bus.

We don't have the players for Sampaoli, we need a whole new defence and more, and if we don't back him up with funds this is going to end in tragedy.

However, should we go for a 4-3-3 my opinion wouldn't change, we'd still need to get rid of players like Mikel and Ramires to have an effective midfield before thinking about Oscar. No, i'm serious, really. These are two of the biggest names in football. Think about Lavezzi with his achievements in serie a and ligue 1 and Pato with his goal against Barcelona. We should just really sell the likes of Willian and Costa to accomodate these two. I just hope we can get our hands on Kakà and Pirlo.

So, which number 10 the club should buy who would have a good to very good performance each time he's called up to fill the boots of the first choice number 10 and who wouldn't complain about sitting on the bench for quite sometime, considering also that the club would need to buy the first choice number 10? I don't like Oscar, but he would be a decent option for depth and he shouldn't be the first player to be offloaded. Ivanovic, Ramires, Falcao, Mikel all should be sold before Oscar.

I still think selling Oscar would be stupid, rather bring in a proper number 10 and keep Oscar as depth, can't hurt to have some depth afterall.

not necessarily, reinvest heavily in midfield and defence, we don't have to replace like for like. Anyway an overhaul of both defence and midfield has to happen, regardless of Hazard 's future, without that overhaul in both department we're not going to win any trophies in a very long time. Winning trophies is in no way tied down to Hazard, more like winning the occasional match here and there.
