Think it’s going to be made clear to Maresca VERY soon if it hasn’t already today that Gittens won’t be the starting LW any time soon. Garnacho being PL proven and having a bit of arrogance about him will see him being the main man there quickly. Hopefully starting with the next game if he’s fit enough. Gittens looks shellshocked that he hasn’t been able to just blast by everyone in the PL so far. Looks like a timid child every time they show a close up on him after a failed move. Very Mudryk like.
Still don’t get why we decided to go for him at that silly price and did so in an expedited way. Like someone at the club genuinely thought he would immedietly be a top player. Looks really dumb so far. 
It’s like he’s 100% a data driven signing. You see the dribbling/take on data being amongst the best in Europe and think that’ll instantly translate to the PL. But even most of us who watched his footage could see he was nowhere close to a £50m+ winger.

Regardless of the FA (and who they have in charge and how they are), it seems that they’d likely be none the wiser if BlueCo hadn’t reported these findings they made. The findings was part of their due diligence before buying the club from Roman…. not that it makes anything difference. Just the usual out roar without knowing the full story. 
BlueCo kept £100m from the amount they bought the club for sitting aside incase of any repercussions from these according to reports. The FA haven’t specified if it is all from before the takeover or not, so who knows what will happen… but yeah will be interesting to see how it all goes. 
Yep if we go into another window signing only attacking players then questions need to be asked. Again. For about the third of fourth window running….

It's not a surprise. The new owners self reported when they bought the club. Hopefully that also goes in our favour...

Especially when you consider what City is accused of and nothing has happened to them to date.

BREAKING FA Statement: 
The Football Association has today charged Chelsea FC with breaches of Regulations J1 and C2 of The FA Football Agents Regulations, Regulations A2 and A3 of The FA Regulations on Working with Intermediaries, and Regulations A1 and B3 of The FA Third Party Investment in Players Regulations. In total, 74 charges have been brought against Chelsea FC. The conduct that is the subject of the charges ranges from 2009 to 2022 and primarily relates to events which occurred between the 2010/11 to 2015/16 playing seasons. Chelsea FC has until 19 September 2025 to respond.

How can you even explain why the club is being charged for shit that happened a decade ago+ other than someone at the FA has an axe to grind against Chelsea?
What a joke. If they punish the current team/ownership for stuff that may have happened 10 years before any of them were even at the club then the club should aggressively fight the FA in court. 

Matt Law says the club feel like it’ll just be a fine rather than anything serious.
If they punish the current players on the pitch or even the ownership who weren’t even here back then it’ll be a complete disgrace.
