  1. Pathetic lot, nothing changes, embarrasment to Chelsea Football Club, and as usual that little mexican cunt scores against us. fuck off
  2. i know its another topic, but this lot, including the manager, better grow a fucking pair and win the cup for Butch, its the least they can do to honour his memory and the club, maybe its a big ask from this group, even if we finish outside the top 4, just do it for Ray, its in times like these i miss Terry's leadership skills to galvanize the team
  3. great goal, its amazing what he can do in these games, he simply lives for the big games, his record speaks for it self, its just mind blowing, hate him or love him, the guy is simply world class, just like wine, keeps getting better with age. We better enjoy the Messi-Ronaldo rivarly while it lasts, there wont be players like them around so soon. Cheers
  4. what a lovely lad back then, very down to earth and with class. RIP
  5. what a sad day to be a Chelsea fan, terrible terrible news, this came out of nowhere, i dont know what to say, im shocked. Gone too soon R.I.P. Ray , my condolences to his family, there is so much more to life than football, and at the end of the day we are all humans, life is just so fragile KTBFFH wherever you are Ray 😞
  6. it makes me so sad to think that we had a real identity back in those days, a force to be reckoned with in europe and in the league, we had real men leading the team not primmadonas like today. We never really replaced the spine that made us a driving force for many years, Cech, Lampard, Terry, Joe Cole, Drogba, A.Cole, Ballack, Essien, etc. im talking about big characters in the team, with footballing brain and ability, who gave their all and never gave up no matter what, when the going got tough you could always count on them to show up, but nowadays we have many gutless cowards and cry babies. Cheers
  7. more of the same i see, cant say im suprised, gutless and wortless bunch, not Chelsea quality at all, some of these players dont deserve to wear the shirt, manager has given up long time ago. Its always the same with this club, win the league, but instead of building on from that, we take 2 steps back, we severely lack ambition and drive to move forward, it all comes down to the board, they lack long term footballing vision, when you think we had the likes of Salah, De Bruyne, Mata, Lukaku, Filipe Luis, Schurle, Matic, Costa, etc, most of them leaving the club during Mou's 2nd stint, when you think about it, we could be looking at a top team for many years, in the end we simply failed to replace any of them after they left, its impossible for any manager to work under these conditions, clearly something has to change, not even Guardiola would last here. Just to sum it all, horrible season from tranfers to performances, top 4 pretty much settled, im not even expecting us to win FA Cup, just cant wait for this season to end so i can watch the World Cup. Cheers and sorry for the long post
  8. you're spot on, Essien meant every bit of it for sure, it was that great of a strike, it should have been enough to win premier league goal of the season, but i think they gave it to Mattew Taylor of Portsmouth back then, am i right? great goal too tough, a bit of english bias there. Cheers mate
  9. http://www.chelseafc.com/news/latest-news/2018/03/essiens-best-goal--choose-your-favourite.html loved him when he was at his beast best. My favorite goal is the piledriver against Arsenal, i jumped out of my couch when that went in and screamed so loud, shame we didnt win it in the end.
  10. been reading some of the posts about Kante slotting into our old guard team, its a no brainer for me. im going with a 4-3-3 Cech Azpi Terry Ivanovic A.Cole Kante Essien Lampard Robben Hazard Drogba i would go like this, at least on paper its a sick team with plenty of goals in it and very solid at the back and in the middle. Cheers
  11. love him, top top top professional, legend in the making, just give him a lifetime contract.
  12. the FA Cup final is on the 19th of May, and we all know what happened in the last final we played on that day , not saying we will be playing in the final, but it adds that much more excitement and significance. Lets hope we do the job vs Southampton first. Cheers
  13. the player we havent replaced isLampard and that for me is my main concern, the number of goals he scored from midfield, runs in to the box, etc, what a complete player, and a top professional first and foremost, he simply played for the badge, pity there arent many like that around these days.
  14. this is the kind of player who deserves a payrise and a lifetime contract, sheer professional, top notch. Need to keep hold of him at all costs.
  15. my bad, i forgot, you're right. Cheers
  16. nice draw, Barca and Bayern should get the job done, but the other 2 ties are too close to call, anything can happen, it should be interesting. Cheers
  17. meh, as long as both of them get knocked out im happy, eventough City are better equiped to win it, but i would hate it as that would be the ultimate salt in our already very deep wounds.
  18. its clear as daylight the team is not at the level required to be at the top, but still with this squad we could and should do much better, like you mentioned the negativity surrounding Conte doesnt help either, and it shows on the players, Conte's days here are numbered unless something drastic occurs, like proper player recruitment and change of tactics and mentality within the squad, if he's still around of course, and with our incopetent board its a big ask, need to clear the deadwood, just like Pep did at City to make the team function as a whole, if player A or B doesnt want to stay here just leave. I just want the season to end to be honest, altough i still have a glimmer of hope we can actually pull off staying in the top 4 and maybe win the FA Cup, but it seems its asking a lot from this lot. Cheers
  19. this lot are just a bunch of gutless primadonnas, the old guard would shit over this current lot, the only ones i might consider Chelsea caliber ( who give their fucking all for the badge no matter what and actually love the club ) are William, Azpi and Kante, i still have high hopes for Rudiger and Christensen, the rest can fuck off.
  20. Not fit to lace Cech's boots, just leave and enjoy Spain. Thanks for the 2 premier league titles, but its time to go, i rather we get a keeper who's commited to the club.
  21. Oblak hands down, and we hold the key in any possible swap deal with Atletico, altough Donnarumma has a lot of promise and still very young.
