Thing is tho he's not some magical cure all. IF Eden stays he will be the 2nd back up behind Willian to bboth Eden and Pully. IF Eden goes we will HOPEFULLY be using the money on a replacement. I still think what hes TRYING to achieve could work tho. The problem comes in the final 1/3 and the lack of the determination and force to go forward. You know I agree about our lack of character,guts,pride but I think its a bit simplistic to put it down to silverware, We have done this for several years now under different managers. Anyone who has been part of the club for any time understands pain. Its only the fans from the Roman era that have been spoilt. But there is no going back to those times now. When we were supposedly shit! I know I look back t those days and I smile. I feel blessed to have seen those days. Nothing like what I've got cause this keeps you alert and helps your creativity. A problem of many he is facing is he doesn't have a different set of players to chooses from. They all have the similar like for like skillsets/chaeacters. We have no gamechangers to go to.
