We have had the same similar groyp of players for awhile and each manager has had the same problem with them. They de motivate each other as a team. They tell each other they played well. They THINK that they as individuals played well. Eden came out after a bad game saying he didn't care cause he thought he played well. Its a group mentality. They need to be changed to a man and start all over again fresh!

Would love to have been a fly on the wall in that meeting! All the players dancing to music saying whats the problem? And Eden saying I thought I played well!!

So who do you suggest we go for that is nailed on - no gamble, that we could REALISTICALLY sign? This lad COULD become the new Lewa!

All ifs and buts right now. The club has taken enough gambles in the last 4 years with very few paying off. I hear exactly what you say and fully agree. But isn't EVERY transfer we do a gamble? Higuain is a gamble. If we bring any player from over seas its a gamble. Will they like England? Will they get homesick? Will there be a culture clash? Will he get on with the manager? Will the PL agree with his style of play? At least if you gamble on a player who is CURRENTLY in form you know he can do the job we want him to do NOW. Not USED TO be ok, Not with POTENTIAL to be good. If we get a chance to buy a player like him with every chance of being very good. yes its a gamble but with a very big up side to it.

Its always really cold in Chicago in the winter. Thing the temp gets down to -15c or so, I lived in Michigan for a couple of years as a kid and remember we got snow deeper than I was tall once.
