Told you I had a feeling in me bones! YAYYYY me! Wasn't arthritis after all ! Well I just got home from the game. Decided to stroll up West to have a couple bottles of pop to celebrate first. Have very Chinese eyes right now but had to say goodnight before I fell over onto the couch for the night lol 1st time in many years that I was downstairs in MH. Felt like I was in a totally different ground! Very strange. But still got tourists and selfie takers everywhere. Great pushing their arms so they cant focus. Try it! What to say! Nice to see Emerson,Giroud in and no Alonso or Willian. I imagined this thread would all be very happy. I'll go check on it when I wake up. Well thought the majority of the lads really played well/ Tho I can imagine Barkley,Giroud and Pedro all kicking themselves for different reasons! Barkles well he will be pissed cause it was the perfect opportunity to step up and get noticed but was very dull going forward. It's not like we didn't create chances yet again but same problem was finishing. Giroud will be pissed cause he had a couple of golden chances that he just wasted. That one from Emerson specially. It does amaze me at just how fast supporters can change coats! Fuckin guy at the first few months of the season was like the 2nd coming of Christ and we were so lucky that we bought him. Now all of a sudden the guys shit! Yet Edens played like a toothless lion for most of the season and not a dickie bird uttered against him. Sid it before but if Jorgi doesn't have the targets to pass to and some cover to help him out then hes going to be limited to what he can do. Get the forwards etc to move their lazy arses around a bit and into some channels etc and it would make a big difference. We on here went for bloody ages slagging Cescy off because he was slow and couldn't defend etc etc then when he's going or gone its a different song. I don't mind knocking players who have been under performing in general since day 1 but gotta give some of them some space. It's not like he;s playing any dfiferent to ALL the team.

Well we have a load of experience in the dressing room but seems we don't have a leader capable of tdishing out some home truths and getting the lads fired up. I read somewhere that if we had a shit 1st half JT would tell peeps in the dressing room what was going wrong and what individuals were doing wrong. SOMETIMES it caused rows but it cleared the air and everyone had their say. And it was all forgotten afterward because it was all about playing better. I doubt very much if this sort of thing happens. I can see whatever manager has gone in and may have said some things that had been wrong and as soon as hes out of earshot they all tell each other how well they were playing. We need to bring back some of them old lads to explain and help the lads how to create some fire,hunger,pride in their performance. We know that they DO have the ability to win - they just forget how they do it. Lets hope they remember tonight.

I'm happy that we signed him. And I was hoping that it was the start of a new trend in the way the board was thinking towards bringing in good young up and coming players so they could grow together and be a good basis for our future. But while I do agree with what you say our problem is right now that we don;t have any player we can gotoo for either G's or A's. And as its NORMALLY the top 3 we look to just MAYBE we would have done better looking for players who can give us some.

It's just I get really excited when we are trying to do summet good.
