Different situation. Lamps APPARENTLY signed for NY and Citeh pulled a snide one. Personally I love the lad and hes made me happy watching him. And I will clap him on and off the pitch. But I'm afraid that during the game he gets treated like any other blinkin Gooner Theres 2 questions. How long does a player have to be with us to become a legend? How loud will you cheer for him if he saves an important penalty against us?

Tebo is undoubtedly if not now then very soon the best keeper in the world. Whether he plays out his contract or not Im sure we will all agree that hes got Spain in his future. Its very understandable that it may have taken him a little while for his head to come round to finally playing for us after he had such a good time for AM. Ive no ide what his personality is like but his smiles always seem forced to me and never looks relaxed with the other lads. Apart from Filipe that is. What worries me is IF/WHEN Hilipe jogs on Tebo is going to be minus 1 good friend and I hope the club is looking at that cause we really dont want to be looking for a new keeper in 2 years time while Big Pete is still a Gooner eh!

And as we arent going to do owt with Moses anyway. Do we know how his hamstring is holding up? And speaking of dodgy hammys ---- WTF Didn't Costa go straight into the op room to get his sorted out after the Palace game?
-
Looks like we got a queue forming for young Charly Musonda. Gooners still on his case and Citeh.
-
So they want £10mill AND Moses who cost us £10mill!! He only cost them £3.25mill. What have we done to them? They just playing billy big bollox?
-
Nowt really like Mata. Tho Mata was a fave and made a big impression on us but he was only with us for 2 1/2 years ffs. You dont get emotionally attached to a player after that short time.

Maybe Petr went to Roman with it and he played daddy big balls on Mou? You really cant think with the football mind Mous got he could possibly think about strengthening those shites. But then again if hes contemplating Falcao maybe there are chinks in his armor.

We do need a overhall of our back 4. He may not be the worse in the world by Bane/Cahill have not been their best this season. Cahill has looked weak, thin, pale (very similar to how Schurrle looked) and for alot of times specially without JT hes been nervous and jumpy every time the ball is in the box. Bane I like seeing go forward but I think he forgets hes a defender at times. He stays upfield and because hes not the quickest he gets lost and not get back fast enough. JT will more than likely be his last year. Hes been an excellent captain but he will want to leave before he got like Drogs. Filipe will be going so lets hope a part ex is on with Griezmann. Dave is fine. Luckily plays LB/RB so we need one or the other. What my dream is to team Zouma/Varane but will be hard I know. But would be good to sort out our defence now so they can grow together, We do need homegrowns (unfortunately) so defence is an option. But theres alot of good CBs linked with us, the question is do we go with 20/30 year olds who may have experience but we will have to replace soon and lose money doing so or go with a more youthful ones that can all stay together longer as a team.

So whats the matter in this day and age with commuting? FFS I caught a 6am train every morning for 18 months to Manchester standing in the carriagway sometimes so Im sure with his money and fleet of luxury cars he could commute somewhere. Theres regular trains/flights to Paris gets there faster than I got to Mancs! Hes a Psych major so he understands how much grief this would cause US. Im wondering if its just a big fuck you lot! The last thing I'll say on the subject is I thank him for doing the job he was paid well for and for doing it well. Hes now CHOSEN to play for arguably our bitterest rivals and after I clap him once onto the field he will be given the same heart felt felings I give every other Gooner. Laters Big Pete.

Or even cheaper we could hope that whosever idea it was either Mous or Emenalos they come to their senses after watching him and come down with a spot of selective amnesia.
-
I must admit to not knowing much about him and as usual we seem pretty split about him so I'm still at a loss on my thoughts. But he does seem to have alot of good qualities about him so Ive an open mind about the lad and will have to see how a loan in England goes as Im guessing thats what will happen..

They do manage to attract and sign very good players dont they?
-
I wouldnt go as far as superb. He was the best out of a bad lot.
-
I really do love his commitment to the club hes at and how he has the backs of most of his players but he does seem to not have faith in some players and doesnt give them proper chances. Does anyone else think that he doesnt have (on average) a good history with incoming transfers?
-
He didnt play bad the other night but I missed last night. What was the rest of his game like last night?
-
We are SUPPOSEDLY not even interested in Griezmann. But with the way our transfer season is looking like so far I hope thats a load of tosh.

Make sure theres a Gift option available via Paypal.

I wonder if we get a collection going and put a hit out on him to one of the Columbian cartels? Or is that going too far?
-
You can understand a lad playing a bit iffy for a couple of games now n then or for his country but Ive watched himwith the point of view I was cheering for him and I didn't see 1 thing that made me smile even. The ONLY thing that I can think why we are looking at him is because he was once on the list of players we looked at and now hes free. and nobodys answered this as Ive asked it before but how much does Mou really have to do with transfers?? Remember, when Mou came back there was loadsa reports stating that it was in his contract that Emenalo was in charge of ALL transfers. Both coming in and going out. I know Emenalo is a clever guy but there musht be shum mishtake shurly!
-
No matter how hard we try to keep an open mind on the lad hes making it sodding hard isnt he!!
-
What the hell is going on?? I know silly season always links us with every Tom Dick and Harry that pops his head up or whose agent wants higher media attention for his client but do they think that this is all we can attract? Maybe its the continuation of the war the media has going with us. This is getting daft.

Im playing devils advocate here OK if it was purely a fact of staying in London has he never heard of commuting? I went upto Manchester every morning on the train for 18 months sometimes having to stand, So Im sure (even tho it would be Mancs Id prefer it than bloody arsenal) he coud do it in luxury of 1st class or one of his many cars. The thing is hes a clever lad, knows his psychology, so you cant tell me he didn't know that this would cause us problems and upset. Is it his ego thats been bruised and hes done it as a fuck you? When another player on contract throws a hissy fit saying he wanted enured 1st team selection instead of fighting for his place like every other player we go bonkers. I'm only a couple years behind you bruv and I grew up far earlier than I should have and tho I dropped out of the rat race I understand responsibility and I live my life in one grey area. You must agree that Petr going to the gooners will hurt many of us. Its very fresh and emotional. not to him to us. Lamps was a different thing. He didn't sign to Citeh originally and only supposedly went to keep fit (hmmm). That was more like a snideydodgy deal they did. But Petr chose to go straight to them. I remember running into him walking in Knightsbridge just after the Liverpool game we lost after he came back from from his injury. There was some that asked would he be the same again and taking the piss out of that head guard. But I shook his hand and said you watch youre going to come back better than ever. That was when he got his player of the month award for 8 successive clean sheets. I put that down to me giving him the confidence

My dream is to have Zouma/Varane/Pogba with us. I know its going to be bloomin difficult but whats the point of having small dreams. Having those 3 together, 3 of the best young defenders there are would mean France would worship us. With us wanting to build a side that will be together and dominate for years it means spending some money for the best players we can get. Its going to be harder now with the relationship Mou has with the fat Spannish waiter but we must try.

Latest report Ive seen was in the Daily Telegraph However, Mourinho has been delaying the deal because he is weighing up the likelihood of signing either Real Madrid’s highly-rated defender Varane or Everton’s England international Stones. New Los Blancos boss Rafa Benitez has made it clear that he wants to keep the France international with Everton manager Roberto Martinez feeling the same way about his 21-year-old centre-back. With other reports of Spuds going after him but I cant see them wanting to pay £14 mill for a CB when theres cheaper options available for them. And I would think IF we did go for him the chance of playing back in Europe would be a pull for him. But with so many CBs linked with us we really dont have any clue to who we shall eventually end up with.
