Liking Guus more and more I am. Even if he does make some strange decisions. Watching his interviews you can see hes got a strong liking for the club.

Thats the only thing I dont like about us trying to get him.

It seems that Conte is full of passion for what he does and all he wants is for his players to play with that same amount of passion. LOVE IT!! I get so fed up of seeing comments from our own fans saying we are playing bad. Or just spouting facts,figures to show how bad we are like some computer. Its as bad as sitting next to someone in MH with their laptop fuckin around on Youtube taking selfies. And seeing our so called best players walking round like theyre not interested with no spark in them. We need to see more JT's with their fists clenched screaming 'COME ON'. I want our players to WANT to play for US. I want them to be running round fighting for balls and proud to be wearing a Chelsea kit. If Conte is going to come and not stand for players moping around lost with their heads down then I'm all for him. I dont care what player it is. Eden for example. Theres no denying hes am amazing talent but hes had smoke blown up his arse so long his ego is busting. Only once have I seen him kiss his badge. Talking about his love for playing elsewhere then sod him. Sell him and get 2 others with the money that do want to play their hearts out for us. NO player is bigger than the club. I started following Chelsea because of the pasion and heart there was both on the pitch and the fans. Even during our bad times we got behind the lads. I slag a player off when theyre messing up as much as anyone but I still shout my head off at the Bridge every week I go. We need to start getting our passion,spirit and club identity back and if Conte is going to shake the guys up then Im all for it.

Its not them being a load of fatboys I'm worried about its Conte not turning up for work till the Italians get sent packing. This season more than most we need someone sorting out the mess and putting a plan together and not look at us as 2nd important. Plus taking them on a tour in the States takes more bloody time away from training. All to chase the Yankee dollar.

I basically agree with you and thats what scares me. It seems that over the past couple of transfer windows Romans given orders down to Emanalo and Grav to lock up the money. Theres no other reason why Mou wouldnt have been building up the team he obviously would have wanted to do. A question rises whether roman had told that to Mou before he signed his contract. BUT that situation is still the same so whoever takes over should by rights not have any money to spend neither. So if this report of a £130 mill war chest is right then thats what pisses me off because IF Mou was given it we wouldnt be in the shite we are now!

Personally I think we need a bloody good clear out. We got 3 defenders all past their sell by date and rge same amount that just arent good enough up field but peoples emotions get in the way of team selection. I hope some of us are looking back at gow we were extracting the urine when that north London club were penny pinhking with their transfers. If we are as pissed as we are just imagine how we look from the outside looking in. We really got no rights to slag off other clubs when we are acting like we are right now no matter how fun it is.

Im really not sure if Id want the lad. Ive always liked him but hes not set the world on fire this season has he. Maybe hes been knocking round weth Eden and hes just waking up? Hard to know with these players with egos.

Vidal is obviously a good player but should we be looking for yet another player on his last legs? We already got 3 defenders and a rented Falao we should be looking to replace.

I absolutely love the lad and think hes one of the most important players we got. And its looked more obvious IMHO we need that 3 man midfield. Cescy getting more room gives him that time to control our moves. His defendings come on as well.

Lets see if the press are waiting at the airport for him. I know all these reports 'linking' us with the various players (plus his own sporting director to either replace or work wirh Emenalo) hes bringing with the help of the war chest are made by the click merchants but I find myself with wet pants now n then thinking about it! No matter what its going to mean a fresh start to next season and a buzz in the stands.

I'd love to see just how these 'meetings' go, Whether its all just backslapping with bottles of plonk and giving each other BS or if theres some serious questions asked and asking each candidate to give a presentation of how he sees it going.
