If I was Conte I'd have grabbed Roman, all our transfer team and been on Kantes front door showing him that we want and need him. I would dearly love to know just what and who our plans were/are and what we have tried to do to get them. It would at least show us that Emenalo and Graniovskaia arent the lazy wasters they're becoming in my eyes.

I thought he was our next blue eyed boy and was bound to play Chels 1st team. I think IF an academy lad shines and stands out then we give him 1st team training. With our academt winning everything going what does suprize me is they dont 'shine' and 'stand out' whever they may be loaned to. I'm a believer in someone (whether a footballer or milkman) finds his own skill level. So if a lad goes on loan and is shit hot then the attention he gets will get him further up the ladder. But if he goes ot 7/8 times then unless he gets motivated hes going to go down the ladder. Now Im not knocking that as most footballers in lower leagues are very good,content and well paid. But its not Chelsea.

I know what you mean. The closest Ive been is after we signed Cescy and Costa The feeling in the stands when we came back was electric. You could feel it. I honestly didn't renew my season ticket after the lads gave up on us last year but I couldn't be happier about Conte. Who knows how it would go IF we got Pep or Simeone. I just think Contes gong to be the dogs dangleys IF he gets full support from the board and changing room.

There was a time a couple years back that i thought oscar and willian were of similar standards. But while I still think that oscar does still have MOMENTS of pure genius and when he was awake i liked his upfield defending his bad points far outweigh the good.
