  1. I was born in the States and was there till I was 13 so I think I can say this. I would normaly say we deserve what we asked for but in this case it effects the world and nobody deserved him
  2. This is the guy voted in as the leader of the most powerful country in the world! I'm fuckin off to live on a beach somewhere. Scares the fuck out of me.
  3. I really hope Happy comes back stronger than ever. I reckon he will get half a game or so at Boro. Butl the next 2 windows and pre season will be very interersting eh..
  4. I dont want to get shot of him. Hes quite coinsistent and I like him. I might be nit picking but I think we should. But its just I think we need a stronger, more powerful couple ov CBs. Hes not tall or the hardest of players is he. Ive always liked we had a strong powerful defence. One that scare shit out of strikers. Thats what I liked about Bane. Daves a pretty boy hes no good in a scrap and hes not got the height to get up for croses
  5. I think ther lad will make an importa nt part in our future. Well I really hope so anyway. Heres a goal he scored while training with England 1st team today http://www.skysports.com/football/news/12016/10649984/nathaniel-chalobah-impresses-england-senior-team-with-wonder-strike-in-training
  6. I'm onne of the many of us who was shrugging thinking WTF is he doing on the pitch. And I'm happy to say hes proving us all to be wrong. But he hadn't shown a bit of why we signed him ifrom Barca in the 1st place Pedro was great for Barcelona because he was able to cause damage without the ball by running hard to both win the ball back in defensive phases (Like Oscar) and also to create spaces for his teammates and stretch defenses in offensive phase. His pace is always a threat on the counter. At a slow tempo looking to dribble and create he's pretty useless. He is best suited to quick exchanges and one touch passing like we have been seeing. But I thin we could/should upgrade with the right guy for our set up.
  7. I'm not being nasty or criticizing anyone but Luiz is the only one of the back 3 I wouldn't rush to upgrade. YES Dave has been blinding in the 3-4-3. His stats, heat charts and passing diagrams have shown it. BUT we know hes got his weaknesses. And Cahil has looked much better too but I cant see im being a starter after a transfer window. We have 2 great young fast CBs in Happy and Christensen and keepng Dave would give us some great depth. I honestly think tho the Don will be looking to upgrade both lads. I like Dave alot, hes a great worker and a solid player with a good character but theres no room for sentiment if we want to keep progressing and dominate Europe. We shall see.
  8. Everton full match Leicester Southampton This is the only Mounure vid I can see on Youtube I'm afraid but theres a Torrent of it you can download
  9. I admit to 1.2 and 4 from list. Couldn't be happier to say right noiw I coildn't be happier to be proven wrong,
  10. This is a comment fro and about Poch on one of their own forums TWAT!!! Pochettino’s Outburst After The Arsenal Game: Conte And Chelsea Do Not Own The 3-4-3 System It is not the first time Pochettino has deployed Spurs in this formation, but it has been almost a year. Chelsea’s incredible rise since switching to this formation has been well documented. After the recent 5-0 win over Everton, the club have moved past Arsenal and Manchester City in the table. Pochettino, though, says that any team can play any formation as they are not patented. According to the Evening Standard, he said: “I cannot say if it is a better way to play in the future but it is important to be flexible and it is a good step forward for the team to use different systems, different ways to try to play. “Chelsea, when they played here, started with a back four and after 3-0 in the 60th minute they changed to three. But last season we played against Watford, December 28, with three centre backs. Just because Chelsea won 5-0 yesterday, they didn’t discover the system. “Nobody owns some system like we played today.” It remains an incredible response from the manager who has been under pressure for the last few weeks. Spurs are yet to win a game since the 2-0 success over Manchester City at the start of October. Even after the switch to the new formation, they remained below par in terms of the overall 90-minute performance. Spurs had only had one shot on target compared to Arsenal’s five, and the return of Kane gives the team a major boost going forward. One of Chelsea’s biggest successes in this new formation has been finding a perfect role for Eden Hazard. Spurs will be strengthened by the return of their injured players like Alderweireld and Dele Alli. It remains to be seen if the manager would persist with the system for the club’s upcoming London derbies. After having just concluded a London derby, Spurs move onto two games against West Ham and Chelsea with a Champions League match against Monaco sandwiched in the middle.
  11. I meant the national. Sorry. http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/antonio-conte-left-us-with-our-oldest-squad-in-150-years-when-he-went-to-chelsea-italy-boss-a3389461.html
  12. Ya see Ventura raking pot shots at him in Italy saying he left him with the oldest team in their history!
  13. What a load of bollox!! He also once said that he loved having the problem of team selection yet he picked the same starters continually even tho some werent performing and loved the same ones so much he kept playing them the following season without bringing anyone in. Not sure if hes full of bullshit, has a chemical imbalance, a maniacal genius or just a twat! Prob a mixture eh!
  14. For Motson to say that who has seen more football matchs probably than anyone else in England iover decades is an amazing thing to say. Every time I start reading about us or watching a clip I'm getting that same buzz I got watching us this last gew games. And the buzz is getting higher.
  15. Thats all I wanted. But asa the season goes on and we are in the race then why not ho for it. I'm on about building for next season. One of the reasons we were in the shite last season was not strengthening after winning the league. And I'n with ya on the Griez but as we are short on good depth then we need to invest. And as we got some excess players we have a few quid to play with.
  16. I THINK I might opt for Oscar ocer Willian as a RWB as hes as fit as a butchers dog and his best skill IMHO is high up pressing/ But if we are going to get WBs then we shoulf be buying upgrades, Nothing whatsoever against Alonso/Moses but id we are going into Europe I want to go un with the strongest side we can get. Let Alonso/Moses fight for their spot like Willian/Bats/JT/Oscar/Cescy etc etc are doing now.
  17. Only just see this http://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/fireworks-at-stamford-bridge-chelsea-celebrates-50-win-with-guy-fawkes-display-a3388351.html
  18. Dont tell me you dont know about celery! Celery, Celery, If she don't come, I'll tickle her bum, With a lump of celery... But we also do Celery, Celery, my old mum, said you can make her cum, with a stick of celery. We sang it to Eva if you ewmember. She had a giggle I made this too
  19. Chelsea line up perfect partner for Diego Costa https://www.kickoff.co.uk/72277/chelsea-line-up-perfect-partner-for-diego-costa/
  20. This is interesting Antonio Conte admits 3-4-3 formation was always his second preference http://www.espnfc.co.uk/chelsea/story/2991199/antonio-conte-admits-3-4-3-formation-was-always-his-second-preference
  21. You're right. Hes doing what he did wuth his defenders before but now just on a bigger scale. It was obvious he would need time to suss out the lads strengths/weaknesses (I thought it would take the season) Instead of going out in his 1st transfer window buying a load of players he didn't know he would need he bought wisely the ones he thought he would need or manipulate. He's used and tried the majority of our playrers in varios positions in various formations and now hes got and getting a stronger idea of just what kinda players we will need to get us stronger Unlike Mou who just because he could hes gone out buying expensive individuals that dont fit in with any of the other players. I know the lads Conte bought weren't really cheap but each one has got is or would be starters (I do think Bats would if given more playing time) and each one is a big part of the team. .
  22. He doesn't get the healines but he luts some work in. The passing record for this season
  23. You gotta remember. These Bin dippers were saying this about us all day yesterday. But we were better all round against a stroinger team IMHO.
  24. Both them and the North Londoners are going to get nackered at some point, same as Citeh. We just gotta do what we are doing and stay injury free. See Pochs interview giving Conte a snide dig saying he didn't invent the 3-4-3. Jealous cunt!
