Yeah we cant be too reckless can we? I'm still waiting for somebody to say those imortal words 'this might be our most important game' I mean like, Hull are still dangerous in 18th place and 36 points behind. We got to start believing in ourselves again. Which is different to expecting to win.

Well as nobody agrees with me that we should use this game for a BIT ofexperimenting in certain positions I predict an easy 3 or 4-0

I wonder what makes them think this lol Did Chelsea boss Antonio Conte drop a hint that he doesn't trust Michy Batshuayi yet? The Belgian striker has not made a Premier League start for the Blues since signing in the summer http://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/players/chelsea-boss-antonio-conte-drop-12485204

Andrea Ranocchia Breaking: Chelsea linked to Inter defender as agent heads to London http://www.calciomercato.com/en/news/breaking-chelsea-linked-to-inter-defender-85182 Inter Milan must learn from falls of Andrea Ranocchia and Juan Jesus http://www.espnfc.co.uk/club/internazionale/110/blog/post/2910101/inter-milan-must-learn-from-falls-of-andrea-ranocchia-and-juan-jesus Style of play Ranocchia has been described as a large, strong, and physically imposing centre back, with good tactical knowledge and concentration, as well as an ability to read the game and time his tackles well. He has predominantly drawn praise for his aerial ability, making him a goal threat from set pieces, and former Inter centre back Marco Materazzi has described Ranocchia as his heir due to his own aerial prowess. A former attacking midfielder he is also known for being comfortable in possession due to his solid technique and reliable distribution. Regarded as one of the most promising Italian defenders of his generation in his youth,[19] former Inter full-back and captain Javier Zanetti has also praised Ranocchia for his leadership, which eventually saw him inherit the role of club captain. In recent seasons, however, Ranocchia has drawn criticism due to his decision making and proneness to errors when under pressure, as well as his lack of pace, as his fitness has been affected several injuries

He wouldn't leave us with Carvalho as backup would he? And with us still in one cup hes got some game time coming still. And come summer we might just be Tiboless.

Youre joking I hope. I love Mou. I totally adored the guy in his 1st session with us. I thought he was going to be the answer to all our prayers to the footballing gods and never wanted us to lose him. When he came back I literally threw a party at home. I thought he would learn from the 1st time and have all the answers to all our problems and was the future of the club. But that last season the shine was begining to wear off and I'm sure we all started seeing some of his character flaws. I used to love his character, the mind games and how he treated the media but I'm sure we all began to get fed up with them. The atmosphere became so very heavy. We dont know what was going on behind the scenes for him to act the way he did. Was it the team, Roman, the pressure, was he bored, did he see United in his future and was ready to go? We dont know. So please dont try to tell me I hate anyone. Conte is our manager not Mou. Chelsea is the team I support not Mounure. Theres was nothing wrong with what I said. Conte has broke 2 records of his with us. Mou will have gone bonkers about it privatey. I would love to see Conte do even better than what we did with Mou. I loved the guy for what he achieved with us. He will have a small place in my heart and will always be grateful to him. But now he manages a team I truly detest so until he leaves he can fuck off!

How? We can only keep them for so long if they aren't good enough. Theres only been a couple that we let slip thru our fingers and we continually get reminded about it. If it happened all the time then it wouldn't be made such a big deal out of. I would rather buy in a complete, trained, top of their game player than gamble on a kid thats unproven. Unless of course hes a 1 in a million that could go straight into the 1st team and how often do they come along? What the PL sides need are B teams. It would enable us to give all of our players regular games so we could see how they work and keep them match fit. Because of the HG rules. IF we wasn't forced to use them then the prices would plummet. BTW we are going to be royally fucked come summer with our severe lack of HG players!! Its going to mean us having a smaller squad than now to take to Europe if we aren't carefull. As above I hear ya mate. But its a hard problem isn't it. We supposedly have a great academy. Our yoiuth teams win alot of their leagues and trophies both English and European. So you would presume the players would be playingat high standards at all the top clubs. But in reality they aren't. They just dont go on to become big names and wanted by everyone. Yes theres the odd one that COULD be good enough if you took alot of time with but theyre few and far between. We would all want in a perfect world to use the academy as our feeder club but we have 4 at trhe moment in the 1st team that we aren't utilizing and can we afford to gamble and bring in even more? Specially when we have 1st teram players that need to be upgraded if we are serious about Europe. The main reason we use under 21s is they help us with the HG rules.

We all know Eden is a fantastic player when hes on. But you must agree that theres been 3 or 4 games this last couple of months when hes been missing. Now whether thats been because hes been marked out, or the oppositions kept our CMs from getting the ball to him or its down to the mood hes in. When he comes out on the pitch doing his boogie and hes up for the craic then hes on fire. But watch him. Theres games he comes out and theres nothing in his eyes. Like hes gone to the office. But theres aloit of times that we just dont feed our top 3 enough. We have a big lack of creativity behind them that just cant get the balls to them. And IMHO we need to change that bit.
-
If you look at the options above then our badge has really changed the most. We did have just the CFC initials intwined onto a shield in the 50s, weren't it Drake that did it? I like that we went back to the Lion regardant - my signature, that originated with the Earl Cadogan the old club president and the staff its holding comes from the Abbot of Westminsters crest. But I dont understand the stars with it on shirt. Clubs used to have them for showing they had won summet, some trophy etc
-
Yes mate sorry. Tickets will be like Unicorn shit to get hold of too. But best of luck in getting one.
-
Can want what they like but there cant be a chance in hell we would/could sell him. It would be keeper suicide for us.
-
I'd be more than happy if we signed him. he gives us what we really do need. He is one of a few we should do all we can to get one of them - Radja,Verratti,Arturo. Each would be amazing with us. Right now we have hardly any real creativity either in CM or deence. Lads like Eden,Costa,Pedro NEED to be fed balls and theres games when Eden just gets left out completely.

YES!!! We are talking about; MEN with fiery latin tempers. Not some English guys that bottle up their feelings and then throw a wobbly hissy fit. They speak with their emotions. They get pissed off and they tell ya they are. It all blows over very quick. And we know that both these guys have BIG emotions. Put yourself in Costas shoes a minute. You get these other Spanish,Brazillian players for whatever reasons. To wind him up, a player from our oppositions to get into his head to put him off, a friend who thinks he deserves paying more, whatever. They tel him hes the biggest scorer in PL and any club in the world would want him. It gets in his head for a few minutes and whether Mendes is working for Mou or what he tells him to sound China out while he's over there doing other business. Mendes of course sees $$$$ signs, says of course mate, they will fuckin kill for ya. In the meantime like all mates who row he feels a bit of a cunt. The rest of the team texting, phoning saying WTF is going on! He goes back to work to get his back sorted and train, sees Conte, he blushs and farts, looking around, looking at his shoes, says sorry mate, coulda done that differently. They both hug it out and its sorted. Now with Costa on £150k could we pay him more. Hell yeah. Give him £20k more than Eden as long as he signs a new contract, fuck off big sign out clause etc. Its going to be fuckin tough to get another striker to score the goals he does. You think they grow on trees? You think WE can sign them? OK IF it goes deeper then Conte keeps him sweet while hes doing everything possible to find/buy another one who can. Not some Lorente We need a shit hot striker who will give us goals. Like Costa..

Chelsea’s Antonio Conte: Trendsetter? http://www.umaxit.com/index.php/columns/chelseas-antonio-conte-trendsetter

COULD Jose Mourinho have had a hand in unsettling Diego Costa at Chelsea?COSTA-MENDES-MOURINHO CONNECTION COULD Jose Mourinho have had a hand in unsettling Diego Costa at Chelsea? That’s the question that was asked on Sky Sports’ Sunday Supplement as the Spanish striker returned to training following a bust up that saw him miss Chelsea’s win over Leicester. Having been the subject of a mammoth Chinese bid, with the club involved confirming their interest, Costa’s head was turned as his absence sparked talk of him wanting out. Chelsea maintain he will not leave in January, but a deal in the summer seems increasingly likely. And Sam Wallace of the Telegraph raised a conflict between Costa’s representative Jorge Mendes in seeking a possible move – with the Portuguese super-agent also looking after Jose Mourinho, manager of fellow title contenders Manchester United. “It’s interesting that Diego Costa and Jose Mourinho share an agent. It’s an incredible coincidence,” Wallace said on Sunday Supplement, strongly refuting any allegations of wrongdoing from any party, instead noting the link. “There’s no two ways about it, Diego Costa if it does turn out he doesn’t want to play for Chelsea again or he does cause more problems [could] miss a couple more games. “I’m not making any allegations. It’s just interesting. I can’t believe that Chelsea aren’t sitting there thinking ‘there’s a connection.’ “Why would a striker who is the top goalscorer in the league want to leave in the middle of the season? Yes there’s lots of money on offer, but there would be lots of money on offer from China at the end of the season. This is what the clubs are thinking about.” Host Neil Ashton, who is also the chief football reporter for The Sun, probed further, asking: “so it’s not implausible that Mourinho may provoked Mendes into thinking ‘hmm at this stage in his career …’?” “That’s a big allegation to make,” answered Wallace. Andy Dunn of the Daily Mirror did answer the question, stating it would be impossible for Mendes to avoid any form of conflict considering how far his tentacles reach across the football world, but that Mourinho would not have influenced Costa’s thinking. “What is plausible is that Chelsea might not be too enamoured with the role of Jorge Mendes in what has happened with Diego Costa and also Mendes has so many players so would find it hard to not find a conflict of interest,” Dunn said. http://www.foxsports.com.au/football/premier-league/chelsea-epl-transfer-news-diego-costa-to-china-asmir-begovic-gianluigi-donnarumma/news-story/d96e6f149aa2e97c2c59d0de2faac79b
